【摘要】：目的了解錫林浩特地區(qū)婦女孕期營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,指導(dǎo)孕婦合理飲食,預(yù)防妊娠期營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良對(duì)母嬰健康的影響。方法采用食物頻率調(diào)查表法,對(duì)錫林浩特地區(qū)304名入院待產(chǎn)及產(chǎn)后婦女進(jìn)行膳食問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果孕婦膳食構(gòu)成,79.6%為植物性食物,其中谷薯及雜豆類所占比例最高,占總量的27.3%;大豆類及其制品最低,占4.9%;奶類及其制品攝入量為216.42g,低于推薦攝入量下限(300g):營(yíng)養(yǎng)素?cái)z入量,葉酸僅達(dá)推薦量的26.36%;熱能攝入量達(dá)推薦需要量的127.65%,蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪和碳水化合物的的供熱比例分別為15.27%、29.66%和55.06%。結(jié)論錫林浩特地區(qū)孕婦膳食結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,植物性食物所占比例偏高,奶類及其制品攝入不足;3大營(yíng)養(yǎng)素供熱比較為適宜,但熱能總量攝入偏高,葉酸攝入嚴(yán)重不足。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the nutritional status of pregnant women in Xilinhaote, guide the pregnant women to eat properly and prevent the effects of malnutrition during pregnancy on maternal and child health. Methods the food frequency questionnaire was used to investigate 304 postpartum women in Xilinhot. Results 79.6% of the dietary composition of pregnant women was plant food, of which the proportion of grain tuber and mixed beans was the highest (27.3%), the soybean and its products were the lowest (4.9%), and the intake of milk and its products was 216.42 g, which was less than the minimum recommended intake (300g / g). Folic acid was only 26.36% of recommended amount, caloric energy intake was 127.65%, heating ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrate was 15.27% 29.66% and 55.06% respectively. Conclusion the dietary structure of pregnant women in Xilinhaote area is unreasonable, the proportion of vegetative food is on the high side, the intake of milk and its products is insufficient, the heating ratio of three main nutrients is more suitable, but the total energy intake is on the high side, and the intake of folic acid is seriously insufficient.
