【摘要】：目的對(duì)大埔縣目標(biāo)人群對(duì)免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查的接受性進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。方法調(diào)查對(duì)象來自2014年6月~2016年3月大埔縣15個(gè)鎮(zhèn)場(chǎng),已接受調(diào)查目標(biāo)人群4000人(2000對(duì)夫妻)。結(jié)果 4000名目標(biāo)人群中,60%夫妻雙方都愿意參加國家提供的所有免費(fèi)檢查項(xiàng)目,15%夫妻僅一方愿意參加檢查;25%夫妻準(zhǔn)備6個(gè)月內(nèi)懷孕未準(zhǔn)備參加孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查。不接受孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查原因分析:文化程度低(小學(xué)及以下):男420人,占10.5%,女486人,占12.15%。邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)、交通不便、路途遠(yuǎn)男女均為580人,14.5%,無所謂(如對(duì)優(yōu)生優(yōu)育認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、認(rèn)為平時(shí)已參加體檢)1200人,占30%,其他原因(如未知有孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查此項(xiàng)目等)120人,占3%。結(jié)論對(duì)大埔縣目標(biāo)人群對(duì)免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查的接受性調(diào)查證實(shí),大部分夫妻雙方都愿意參加國家提供的所有免費(fèi)檢查項(xiàng)目,但仍有部分夫妻不接受孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查,原因較多,通過上述調(diào)查和分析有利于全面了解大埔縣開展免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查的現(xiàn)狀,從而為深入開展免費(fèi)孕前優(yōu)生健康檢查工作提供參考意見。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the acceptance of free pre-pregnancy health examination among target population in Dapu County. Methods the subjects were collected from 15 towns in Dapu County from June 2014 to March 2016. 4000 couples were surveyed. Results among the 4000 target population, 60% of the couples were willing to participate in all the free inspection programs provided by the state. Only 15% of the couples were willing to participate in the examination. 25% of the couples were prepared to be pregnant within 6 months and not ready to attend the pre-pregnancy health examination. Analysis of reasons for non-acceptance of pre-pregnancy health examination: low educational level (420 males, 10.5and 486 females, 12.15%). The remote mountainous area, the transportation is inconvenient, the way far male and female are 580 people, does not matter (if to the eugenics and the good birth understanding is not enough, thinks at ordinary times has already participated in the physical examination 1200 people, occupies 300.Other reasons (such as unknown have the pregnant health examination this item and so on) 120 people, accounts for 3aspects. Conclusion the acceptance survey of the target population in Dapu County on the free pre-pregnancy health examination confirms that most couples are willing to participate in all the free check-up programs provided by the state, but some couples still do not accept the pre-pregnancy health examination. The above investigation and analysis are helpful to understand the present situation of free pre-pregnancy health examination in Dapu County and provide reference for further development of free pre-pregnancy health examination.
