【摘要】：目的研究葡萄糖酸氯己定術(shù)前清洗對(duì)兒童會(huì)陰部手術(shù)后感染的預(yù)防效果。方法通過(guò)感染監(jiān)測(cè)和臨床觀察,研究葡萄酸氯己定消毒液術(shù)前清洗方法某醫(yī)院住院患兒會(huì)陰部手術(shù)后感染及其不良反應(yīng)情況,同時(shí)與傳統(tǒng)清洗方法作平行比較觀察。結(jié)果 321例所有患兒順利完成清洗操作,用葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液清洗法(試驗(yàn)組)的156例會(huì)陰部手術(shù)的患兒未出現(xiàn)局部或全身不適,術(shù)后醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率為1.28%。傳統(tǒng)清洗法(對(duì)照組)165例會(huì)陰部手術(shù)的患兒中,出現(xiàn)6例患兒清洗區(qū)域皮膚發(fā)紅、干燥不適,不良反應(yīng)率為3.64%;術(shù)后醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率為6.67%。結(jié)論使用濃度為40 g/L的葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液作術(shù)前清洗,能夠顯著減少會(huì)陰部手術(shù)患兒術(shù)后感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preventive effect of chlorhexidine gluconate before operation on perineal infection in children. Methods by means of infection monitoring and clinical observation, the infection and adverse reactions of children hospitalized in a hospital after perineum operation were studied, and the results were compared with those of traditional cleaning methods. Results 321 cases of children successfully completed the cleaning operation. 156 cases of children who were treated with chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant (test group) had no local or systemic discomfort. The incidence of postoperative nosocomial infection was 1.28%. Traditional cleaning method (control group, 165 cases of children with pudendal surgery, 6 cases of children with redness, dry and unwell skin, adverse reaction rate of 3.64%, postoperative nosocomial infection rate of 6.67%). Conclusion using 40 g / L chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant for preoperative cleaning can significantly reduce the postoperative infection rate in children undergoing perineal surgery.
