【摘要】：目的：研究蘇州市某區(qū)使用三苯企業(yè)的接苯工人健康、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境等狀況及其之間的關(guān)系。 方法：收集整理相關(guān)企業(yè)的國家職業(yè)病哨點監(jiān)測、全國職業(yè)健康現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、職業(yè)健康體檢等數(shù)據(jù)，，使用SAS軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。統(tǒng)計方法有檢驗，t檢驗，方差分析、多因素logistic回歸、層次分析法等。 結(jié)果：作業(yè)工人接觸苯系物時間越長對外周血影響越明顯（Trend檢驗，P0.05）；企業(yè)苯系物檢測超標(biāo)與企業(yè)規(guī)模、企業(yè)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生機構(gòu)設(shè)置情況、企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人對職業(yè)衛(wèi)生危害的重視程度、企業(yè)職業(yè)病危害預(yù)防與治理費用、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)費用顯著相關(guān)（P0.05）；綜合評價企業(yè)的職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理情況，將監(jiān)測的17家企業(yè)分為“尤其重視”、“特別重視”、“一般重視”三級進行分別管理。 結(jié)論：三苯企業(yè)管理者應(yīng)深刻認(rèn)識到苯系物接觸對作業(yè)工人的健康影響，提高對職業(yè)衛(wèi)生重視程度，加大職業(yè)病管理與培訓(xùn)費用投入。對企業(yè)進行分級管理，對職業(yè)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the health, occupational health management and production environment of workers exposed to benzene in a certain area of Suzhou. The data of National Occupational Health Survey and Occupational Health examination were analyzed by SAS software. The statistical methods include test t test, variance analysis, multivariate logistic regression, analytic hierarchy process and so on. Results: the longer exposure time of workers exposed to benzene series, the more obvious the influence on peripheral blood. The establishment of occupational health institutions in enterprises, the degree of attention paid to occupational health hazards by the responsible persons of enterprises, the cost of prevention and management of occupational disease hazards, the cost of occupational health training are significantly related to those of enterprises (P 0.05); the comprehensive evaluation of occupational health management in enterprises, The 17 enterprises monitored were divided into three levels: "special attention", "special attention" and "general attention". Conclusion: the managers of tribenzene enterprises should be aware of the health effects of exposure to benzene series on workers' health. Pay more attention to occupational health and increase the cost of occupational disease management and training. It is of great significance for occupational health supervision to manage enterprises at different levels.
