【摘要】：為了解青海省黃南藏族自治州棘球蚴病的流行情況,于2012年6-8月,在青海黃南藏族自治州河南縣、澤庫縣、尖扎縣、同仁縣等4縣各隨機(jī)抽取2~3個鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)),對1歲以上常住居民進(jìn)行B超檢查,調(diào)查人群患病情況。采用內(nèi)臟剖檢法調(diào)查羊棘球蚴病情況,ELISA檢測現(xiàn)場隨機(jī)采集的無主犬棘球絳蟲糞抗原。結(jié)果顯示,B超檢查共11 231人,檢出棘球蚴病患者77例,患病率為0.69%。不同地區(qū)中以澤庫縣棘球蚴病患病率最高,為2.12%(68/3 213),其次為河南縣(0.26%,9/3 430)。女性棘球蚴病患病率為0.72%(44/6 094),略高于男性的0.64%(33/5 137)。各職業(yè)人群中以牧民棘球蚴病患病率最高,為0.83%(61/7 338)。不同年齡組中以50~59歲、60~69歲和30~39人群棘球蚴病患病率較高,分別為1.25%(9/721)、1.96%(13/663)和0.91%(24/2 637)。不同文化程度中以文盲和小學(xué)文化程度人群棘球蚴病患病率較高,分別為0.66%(18/2 709)和0.79%(59/7 432)。不同居住方式以冬季定居夏季游牧人群棘球蚴病患病率最高,為1.10%(70/6 391),其次為游牧人群(0.62%,6/965)。不同地區(qū)、年齡段、居住方式及文化程度間的患病率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但不同性別、職業(yè)間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。共檢查羊3 525頭,棘球蚴檢出率為2.13%(75/3 525)。不同地區(qū)的羊棘球蚴檢出率間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。采集無主犬糞共1 282份,棘球絳蟲糞抗原陽性率為11.70%(150/1 282)。不同地區(qū)的犬糞抗原陽性率間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。提示黃南州人群棘球蚴病患病率較高,羊棘球蚴檢出率和無主犬棘球絳蟲糞抗原陽性率較高。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic situation of echinococcosis in Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, 6-8 townships (towns) were randomly selected from 4 counties, such as Henan County, Zeku County, Jianzha county and Tongren County, Qinghai Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, in 6-8 months of 2012, and checked the population of the residents over 1 years old to investigate the prevalence of echinococcosis. The results showed that 11231 people were detected by ELISA and 77 cases of echinococcosis were detected by B ultrasound. The prevalence rate of echinococcosis in Zeku county was the highest in different areas of 0.69%., 2.12% (68/3 213), followed by Henan county (0.26%, 9/3 430). The prevalence rate of echinococcosis was 0.72% (4). 4/6 094) was slightly higher than that of male 0.64% (33/5 137). The prevalence of echinococcosis in herdsmen was the highest among all occupational groups, 0.83% (61/7 338). The prevalence of echinococcosis in people of 50~59 years, 60~69 and 30~39 was higher, 1.25% (9/721), 1.96% (13/ 663) and 0.91% (24/2 637), respectively, with illiteracy and primary school culture in different cultural degrees. The prevalence rate of echinococcosis was 0.66% (18/2 709) and 0.79% (59/7 432), respectively. The incidence of echinococcosis in summer nomadic people with different living styles was the highest, 1.10% (70/6 391), followed by nomadic people (0.62%, 6/965). P0.05, but there was no significant difference between different sexes (P0.05). The detection rate of echinococcosis was 2.13% (75/3 525). There were significant differences in the detection rate of echinococcosis in different regions (P0.05). The positive rate of Echinococcus faecalis was 11.70% (150/1 282), and the fecal antigen of Echinococcus was 11.70% (150/1 282). The difference between the positive rates of antigen positive rates was statistically significant (P0.05). It was suggested that the prevalence rate of echinococcosis in Huangnan population was higher, the rate of echinococcosis and the positive rate of fecal antigen of Echinococcus canis were higher.
