【摘要】：目的了解小學生背負不同載荷書包時對身體、姿勢及足底壓力的影響,探討大載荷書包對學生生長發(fā)育的危害。方法運用比利時Footscan insole足底壓力測試系統(tǒng)和SONY-HDR-CX390攝像機對16名10歲男性小學生進行不同載荷(相等于其體重5%,10%,15%,20%的書包)書包下足底壓力測試和身體姿勢拍攝,而后采用Footscan 7.0軟件和Adobe photoshop CS5圖像處理軟件進行分析。結果學生未背書包以及書包重量分別為體重的5%,10%,15%,20%時,行走時身體前傾角度分別為(2.48±0.64)°,(2.91±0.57)°,(3.52±0.55)°,(4.42±0.61)°,(5.04±0.57)°;各載荷情況下與不背書包時前傾角比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(t值分別為-8.337,-25.165,-36.838,-66.168,P值均0.01)。隨載荷量的增加,學生左、右足各區(qū)域峰值壓強也增加,但第1趾骨和第1,2,3跖骨4區(qū)域峰值壓強增加幅度較大,足跟內、外側和第4、5跖骨區(qū)域增幅相對較小;各載荷情況與不背書包各區(qū)域峰值壓強比較,差異大多有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結論隨著學生背負重量的增加,足底壓力增大,并可能導致跖骨前橫弓下降,不利于學生足弓發(fā)育。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the effects of different loads on the body , posture and plantar pressure of pupils with different loads , and to explore the harm to the growth and development of students with large loads . The results showed that the body anteversion angles were ( 2.48 鹵 0.64 ) 擄 , ( 3.52 鹵 0.55 ) 擄 , ( 4.42 鹵 0.61 ) 擄 , ( 5.04 鹵 0.57 ) 擄 , respectively . The results showed that the front rake angle of the students was ( 2.48 鹵 0.64 ) 擄 , ( 4.42 鹵 0.61 ) 擄 , ( 5.04 鹵 0.57 ) 擄 , respectively . The difference was statistically significant ( t = - 8.337 , - 25.165 , - 36.838 , - 66.168 , P - value 0.01 ) . The peak pressure in the left and right foot of the students increased with the increase of the load , but the peak pressure in the first and the second , third metatarsal bones increased significantly . The difference of the peak pressure in the heel , the lateral and the fourth and fifth metatarsal regions was relatively small .
