【摘要】：目的通過2年的監(jiān)測(cè),了解宜興市中小學(xué)生傷害發(fā)生情況,分析學(xué)生傷害監(jiān)測(cè)專用網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報(bào)管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。方法以宜興市16所試點(diǎn)學(xué)校所有在校學(xué)生作為日常傷害網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)和本次回顧性調(diào)查對(duì)象。結(jié)果2015年9月~11月回顧性調(diào)查學(xué)生傷害發(fā)生率為2.23%,同時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)到247例報(bào)告;與2012年相比:回顧調(diào)查的傷害發(fā)生率降低;跌倒/墜落、動(dòng)物致傷、交通事故、銳器傷為前四位傷害類型;外地戶籍學(xué)生傷害發(fā)生率稍高于本地,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,男生高于女生;日常傷害網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)和本次回顧性調(diào)查結(jié)果接近,差異減小。結(jié)論日常網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告效率和準(zhǔn)確性在實(shí)踐中提高,回顧性調(diào)查與之可以互相結(jié)合。傷害監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告工作作為基礎(chǔ)工程,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)多部門協(xié)作,探索有效之路。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the occurrence of injury in middle and primary school students in Yixing City and analyze the operation of direct reporting management system for students' injury monitoring through 2 years' monitoring. Methods all the students in 16 pilot schools in Yixing city were used as daily injury network monitoring and retrospective investigation. Results the incidence of injuries in the retrospective survey was 2.23 from September to November 2015, and 247 cases were reported by the network. Compared with 2012, the incidence of injuries in the retrospective survey was lower, the incidence of falls / falls, animal injuries and traffic accidents were lower than that in 2012. Sharp injuries were the first four types of injuries; the incidence of injuries of non-resident students was slightly higher than that of local students, but the difference was not statistically significant, boys were higher than girls; the results of daily injury network monitoring and this retrospective survey were close, the difference was reduced. Conclusion the efficiency and accuracy of daily network monitoring report are improved in practice. As the basic engineering, the work of injury monitoring and reporting should strengthen the multi-department cooperation and explore the effective way.
