【摘要】：目的了解山東省健康人群流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)抗體水平,為腮腺炎免疫預防提供依據(jù)。方法 2014-2015年選取山東省10個市,按照分層隨機抽樣抽取0-50歲健康人群,采集血清標本,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗檢測腮腺炎Ig G抗體。結果共調查健康人群2 522名,血清腮腺炎抗體陽性率為86.20%、抗體幾何平均濃度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)為85.11 IU/ml。10個市人群抗體陽性率和GMC范圍分別為76.52%-94.63%、54.93IU/ml-154.49IU/ml(χ~2=89.80,P0.01;F=18.56,P0.01)。人群年齡別腮腺炎抗體陽性率和GMC范圍分別為67.30%(0-1歲)-94.29%(11-14歲)、64.85IU/ml(2-4歲)-104.71IU/ml(11-14歲)(χ~2=137.91,P0.01;F=3.40,P0.05);0-14歲抗體陽性率及GMC呈隨年齡增加而增長的趨勢。結論山東省0-50歲人群對腮腺炎已建立了較高免疫屏障;應加強1.5-2歲兒童含腮腺炎成分疫苗常規(guī)免疫的及時接種和6歲兒童的第2劑接種。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibody level of mumps (mumps) in healthy population in Shandong province and to provide evidence for immune prevention of mumps. Methods Serum samples were collected from 10 cities of Shandong Province from 2014 to 2015. The IgG antibody of mumps was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results the positive rate of mumps antibody was 86.20, and the geometric mean concentration of antibody was 85.11 IU/ml.10. The positive rate of antibody and the range of GMC were 76.52-94.633.The positive rate of mumps antibody was 76.52-94.633.The positive rate of serum mumps antibody was 86.20, and the range of GMC was 76.52-94.633.The positive rate of mumps antibody was 76.52- 94.63IUN / ml (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 ~ (89.80) P ~ (0.01) P ~ (0.01) P ~ (0.06) P ~ (0.01) respectively. The positive rate of mumps antibody and the range of GMC were 67.300-1 years old and 64.85 years old, respectively. The positive rate of anti-mumps antibody and the range of GMC were 64.85 years old or 64.85 years old, respectively. (蠂 ~ 2 137.91% P0.01F = 3.40% P 0.05 ~ 14 years old) and GMC showed an increasing trend with the increase of age. Conclusion there is a high immune barrier for mumps in the population aged 0-50 in Shandong Province, and the routine immunization of children aged 1.5 to 2 years with mumps component vaccine and the second dose vaccination of children aged 6 years should be strengthened.
