【摘要】：目的：調(diào)查中西部農(nóng)村地區(qū)已婚婦女的生殖道感染現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素，為制定相關(guān)干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù) 方法：采用多階段隨機抽樣的方法，在山西新疆甘肅青海四個省份抽取84個村的2073名已婚婦女作為調(diào)查對象采用ǎ中國中西部農(nóng)村居民健康狀況和行為調(diào)查表ǐ對已婚婦女的生殖道感染狀況及知識知曉情進(jìn)行調(diào)查，采用SPSS19.0和R語言進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析資料采用CMHχ2檢驗非條件logistic回歸分析等統(tǒng)計學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析 結(jié)果：本次調(diào)查已婚婦女2073人： （1）已婚婦女生殖感染情況：調(diào)查對象生殖道感染率為22.5%新疆地區(qū)生殖道感染最高為33.8%，漢族人群的患病率為26.9%，年齡分布上以30-39歲患病率最高，，為26.2%生殖道感染之后選擇進(jìn)行治療的人為46.2%，醫(yī)院選擇上以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院治療的最多為54.1%，其次是縣級以上醫(yī)院為20.8%調(diào)查對象97.9%有過懷孕史，其中19.9%有過流產(chǎn)史避孕措施采用率最高的為宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器占55.5%，其次為安全套32.2%，堅持使用安全套的人只有6.0% （2）已婚婦女生殖道感染知識知曉情況：調(diào)查對象對生殖道感染危害知曉率為49.5%，生殖道感染途徑知曉率為58.4%，生殖道感染預(yù)防知曉率60.9%，避孕方法的知曉率最多宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器72.3%獲得生殖道健康相關(guān)知識途徑分別為：電視80.2%，醫(yī)生40.1%，健康教育活動27.9%，宣傳欄26.0% （3）生殖道感染影響因素分析結(jié)果：生活在西部地區(qū)，洗澡頻率較少，經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況較差，外陰清洗不當(dāng)，婦女外出務(wù)工，月經(jīng)量過多，有過流產(chǎn)史，生殖健康知識低健康意識水平差的育齡婦女易患生殖道感染 結(jié)論：中西部農(nóng)村地區(qū)育齡期婦女生殖健康狀況較差，生殖道健康意識不強，仍有一些不良生活衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，需要對其采取針對性的健康教育和行為干預(yù)措施，以改善其健康狀況
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of reproductive tract infection among married women in rural areas of central and western China and its influencing factors so as to provide basis for formulating relevant intervention measures. Methods: multistage random sampling was used. A total of 2073 married women from 84 villages in four provinces of Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai in Shanxi Province were selected as subjects. The reproductive tract infection status and knowledge of married women were investigated by questionnaire on health status and behavior of rural residents in central and western China. To investigate the situation, Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 and R language using CMH 蠂 2 test, non-conditional logistic regression analysis and other statistical methods. Results: 2073 married women were surveyed: (1) Reproductive infection of married women: the reproductive tract infection rate in Xinjiang was 22.5%. The highest rate of reproductive tract infection was 33.8in Xinjiang, and the prevalence rate of Han nationality was 26.90.The age distribution was the highest in 30-39 years old. 46.2% of the patients selected for treatment after genital tract infection, 54.1% in hospitals were treated by township hospitals, and 97.9% of the subjects surveyed at county level or above had a history of pregnancy. Among them, 19.9% had a history of abortion, the highest rate of contraceptive use was intrauterine devices (55.5%), followed by condoms (32.2%), and only 6.0% of people insisted on using condoms. (2) knowledge of reproductive tract infection among married women: the awareness rate of reproductive tract infection was 49.5%, the awareness rate of reproductive tract infection route was 58.4%, the awareness rate of reproductive tract infection prevention was 60.9%, and the awareness rate of contraceptive method was the highest in intrauterine section. 72.3% of reproductive tract health related knowledge were obtained by TV 80.22, doctors 40.1, health education 27.9%, propaganda 26.0% (3) Analysis of factors affecting reproductive tract infection: living in the western region, less frequent bathing, poor economic situation, improper cleaning of vulva, women going out to work, excessive menstrual volume, and having a history of miscarriage. Reproductive health knowledge low level of health awareness women of reproductive age are prone to reproductive tract infection Conclusion: the reproductive health status of women of reproductive age in rural areas of central and western China is poor, the awareness of reproductive tract health is not strong, and there are still some bad habits of life and hygiene. It is necessary to take targeted health education and behavioral intervention measures to improve their health status.
