某聚氯乙烯生產(chǎn)企業(yè)工人職業(yè)健康狀況分析

【摘要】:目的探討接觸氯乙烯對(duì)作業(yè)工人健康的影響。方法以某聚氯乙烯生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中職業(yè)性接觸氯乙烯單體超過(guò)1.0年的137名工人為觀察組,以同地區(qū)無(wú)職業(yè)性接觸氯乙烯的148名工人為對(duì)照組,對(duì)2組工人在崗期間職業(yè)健康檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果觀察組工人接觸的氯乙烯時(shí)間加權(quán)平均濃度的中位數(shù)(M)和第0~100百分位數(shù)(P0~P100)為0.30(0.05~15.41)mg/m~3,超標(biāo)率為20.0%。觀察組工人肝功能和肝臟B型超聲波的異常率均高于對(duì)照組(19.7%vs 8.8%,46.7%vs 23.0%,P0.01)。觀察組工人中,氯乙烯接觸水平超標(biāo)亞組和非超標(biāo)亞組工人的肝功能和肝臟B型超聲波異常率分別比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);工齡≥4.0年亞組工人肝臟B型超聲波異常率高于工齡4.0年亞組(53.2%vs 32.6%,P0.05),但工齡4.0年亞組和工齡≥4.0年亞組工人肝功能異常率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論長(zhǎng)期接觸氯乙烯可導(dǎo)致工人肝臟病理學(xué)和功能學(xué)改變,工齡是其危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of exposure to vinyl chloride on the health of workers exposed to vinyl chloride. Methods 137 workers with occupational exposure to vinyl chloride monomer for more than 1.0 years in a polyvinyl chloride production enterprise were selected as observation group and 148 workers without occupational exposure to vinyl chloride in the same area as control group. The results of occupational health examination in two groups of workers were analyzed. Results in the observation group, the median value of the weighted mean concentration of vinyl chloride in exposure time (M) and the 0 ~ (100) percentile (P _ (0) P _ (100) were 0.30 ~ 0.05 ~ 15.41 mg / m ~ (-1), and the rate of exceeding the standard was 20.0%. The abnormal rate of liver function and B-mode ultrasound in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (19.7 vs 8.8 vs 46.7 vs 23.0 P 0.01). In the observation group, the liver function and the abnormal rate of B-mode ultrasound were compared between the workers with the exposure level of vinyl chloride and the workers in the non-superscript ed subgroup, respectively.
