【摘要】：“追求最高水準的健康,是每一個人的基本權(quán)利”。職業(yè)人群作為社會群體,面臨著一般公共衛(wèi)生、健康問題以及職業(yè)相關(guān)威脅的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。要在高危職業(yè)環(huán)境中追求健康,重在防護。良好的個人防護一定程度上具有不可估量的作用。在目前防護設(shè)備成本高、技術(shù)不完善的狀況下,利用好個人防護用品至關(guān)重要。本研究著眼于涉及苯類有毒化學物質(zhì)作業(yè)的企業(yè),研究接苯作業(yè)人員防護用品利用行為的影響因素,為促進其防護用品利用提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實證依據(jù)。 本研究首先通過文獻回顧和現(xiàn)場觀察,掌握行為相關(guān)理論和杭州市拱墅區(qū)涉苯作業(yè)人員防護行為現(xiàn)狀及在人口學(性別、年齡、文化程度等)上的差異。第二,以計劃行為理論為基礎(chǔ),以防護用品利用行為為因變量,以態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺行為控制、行為意向等因素為自變量,構(gòu)建并驗證行為預測模型,探討影響涉苯作業(yè)人員防護用品利用行為的社會因素和個人因素,并據(jù)此提出干預建議。本研究共發(fā)放問卷820份,回收775份,有效707份,有效率91.23%,運用SPSS17.0進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析,用AMOS17.0進行結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合分析。 主要結(jié)果與結(jié)論：(1)基于計劃行為理論的涉苯作業(yè)人員防護用品利用行為模型擬合度較好,能夠有效的應用于預測涉苯作業(yè)人員的防護用品利用行為。預測模型能解釋行為方差的44.8%,行為意向的77.2%。(2)社會人口學特征是涉苯作業(yè)人員防護用品利用行為的影響因素,主要為性別,男性好于女性；其次是文化程度、年齡。(3)涉苯作業(yè)人員的正向態(tài)度、負向態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺行為控制對行為意向均具有直接正向影響,影響力分別為：0.141、0.132、0.215、0.600,無間接影響；其中,正向態(tài)度、負向態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范通過行為意向的中介作用對行為產(chǎn)生間接正向影響,影響力分別為：0.039、0.036、0.059。(4)知覺行為控制和行為意向是防護用品利用行為的主要的直接的正向影響因素,影響力分別為：0.586、0.273,即感知阻礙越小、有利條件越多,意愿越強烈,行為依從性也越好。(5)正向態(tài)度、負向態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范、知覺行為控制兩兩間具有正相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of the highest standard of health is a fundamental right of every human being. As a social group, occupational groups face the dual challenges of general public health, health problems and occupational related threats. To pursue health in high-risk occupational environments, the emphasis is on protection. Good personal protection plays an immeasurable role to some extent. Under the condition of high cost and imperfect technology, it is very important to make good use of personal protective equipment. In order to provide theoretical and empirical basis for promoting the utilization of protective articles for workers exposed to benzene, this study focuses on the enterprises involved in the operation of benzene toxic chemicals, and studies the influencing factors on the utilization behavior of protective articles for workers exposed to benzene. Firstly, through literature review and field observation, the author grasped the theory of behavior and the present situation of protective behavior of workers involved in benzene in Gongshu District of Hangzhou and the differences in demography (sex, age, educational level, etc.). Secondly, based on the theory of planning behavior, taking protective products as dependent variables, attitude, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, behavioral intention and other factors as independent variables, the behavior prediction model is constructed and validated. To explore the social and personal factors affecting the utilization behavior of protective articles for workers involved in benzene, and put forward some suggestions for intervention. In this study, 820 questionnaires were sent out, 775 were collected, 707 were effective, and the effective rate was 91.23. The descriptive statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS17.0 and the structural equation model fitting analysis was carried out by AMOS17.0. Main results and conclusions: (1) based on the theory of planning behavior, the model of protective equipment utilization behavior of workers involved in benzene has a good fit, which can be used to predict the behavior of protective articles used by workers involved in benzene effectively. The predicted model can explain the behavioral variance of 44.8%, and the behavioral intention of 77.2%.) the demographic characteristics of social demographics are the influencing factors of the behavior of protective articles used by workers involved in benzene, mainly gender, male is better than female, and the second is education level. Age 3) the positive attitude, negative attitude, subjective norm and perceptual behavior control of the workers involved in benzene had direct positive effects on the behavior intention, and the influence were respectively: 0.141 / 0.1320.2150.600, with no indirect effect, among them, the positive attitude and the negative attitude. Subjective norms have indirect positive effects on behavior through the intermediary of behavioral intention. The influence of subjective norms is 0.039 / 0.036 / 0.059.4 respectively. Perceptual behavior control and behavioral intention are the main direct positive influencing factors of protective articles' utilization behavior. The influence is respectively: 0.586 / 0.273, that is, the smaller the hindrance, the more favorable conditions, the stronger the will, the better the behavior compliance.) the positive attitude, the negative attitude, the subjective norm and the perceptual behavior control have positive correlation.
