【摘要】：目的:探討急性二甲基甲酰胺(dimethylformamide,DMF)中毒的臨床特點(diǎn)和防治方法。方法:收集職業(yè)性急性DMF中毒12例患者的臨床資料,包括癥狀、體征、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果等進(jìn)行綜合分析。結(jié)果:12例急性DMF中毒患者中有10例發(fā)生在7~9月,中毒原因均為呼吸道吸入和皮膚吸收共同引起,臨床表現(xiàn)以上腹部絞痛為主,實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查均顯示有肝功能損害,采用保肝、降酶、護(hù)胃等治療后,完全治愈10例(83.3%),且無(wú)后遺癥。結(jié)論:急性DMF中毒可導(dǎo)致中毒性肝病,好發(fā)于夏秋季節(jié),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)季節(jié)性防護(hù),采取保肝、降酶等綜合治療,臨床效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical characteristics and prevention and treatment of acute dimethylformide-dimethylamide-methyl (DMF) poisoning. Methods: the clinical data of 12 patients with occupational acute DMF poisoning were collected, including symptoms, signs and laboratory results. Results among 12 patients with acute DMF poisoning, 10 cases occurred from July to September. The causes of poisoning were both respiratory inhalation and skin absorption. The clinical manifestations of upper abdominal colic were predominant. Laboratory examination showed liver function damage. After the treatment, 10 cases were cured completely, and there were no sequelae. Conclusion: acute DMF poisoning can lead to toxic liver disease, which usually occurs in summer and autumn. It is necessary to strengthen seasonal protection, take comprehensive treatment such as liver protection and enzyme lowering, and the clinical effect is obvious.
