【摘要】：目的了解玉溪市紅塔區(qū)中小學(xué)生常見病檢出情況及發(fā)展動態(tài),為確定學(xué)生常見病防治重點和制定防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法收集玉溪市紅塔區(qū)2012—2015年中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康體檢結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果 2012—2015年玉溪市紅塔區(qū)中小學(xué)生常見病的平均檢出率從高到低依次為視力不良42.53%、營養(yǎng)不良25.22%、肥胖和超重12.46%、齲齒10.02%、貧血5.43%、沙眼2.03%。按性別分,視力不良、營養(yǎng)不良、齲齒檢出率女生均高于男生(P值均0.01);肥胖和超重檢出率男生高于女生(P0.01);貧血和沙眼檢出率男生和女生基本接近(P0.05)。按學(xué)段分,視力不良、營養(yǎng)不良、肥胖和超重檢出率中學(xué)生均高于小學(xué)生(P值均0.01);齲齒、貧血檢出率小學(xué)生高于中學(xué)生(P值均0.01);沙眼檢出率小學(xué)生和中學(xué)生基本接近(P0.05)。結(jié)論視力不良檢出率一直處于較高水平,居學(xué)生常見病首位,是當(dāng)前的防治重點,應(yīng)引起高度重視;營養(yǎng)不良和肥胖同時存在;貧血、沙眼維持在一個較低水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection and development of common diseases among primary and middle school students in Hongta District of Yuxi City, and to provide the basis for determining the key points of prevention and control of common diseases among students. Methods the physical examination results of primary and middle school students from 2012 to 2015 in Hongta District of Yuxi City were collected and analyzed. Results from 2012 to 2015, the average detection rate of common diseases among primary and middle school students in Hongta District of Yuxi City was 42.53, 25.22, 12.4646, 10.02, 5.4343 and 2.03, respectively. According to sex, the detection rate of dental caries in girls was higher than that in boys (P < 0.01), obesity and overweight in boys was higher than that in girls (P 0.01), anemia and trachoma in boys and girls were close to P 0.05. According to school stage, the detection rates of poor vision, malnutrition, obesity and overweight were higher in middle school students than in primary school students (P = 0.01); in primary school students with caries, the detection rate of anemia was higher than that in middle school students (P = 0.01); the detectable rate of trachoma in primary and middle school students was close to P 0.05. Conclusion the detection rate of poor eyesight has always been in a high level, ranking first among the common diseases of students. It is the focus of prevention and treatment at present, which should be paid more attention to; malnutrition and obesity exist simultaneously; anemia, trachoma is maintained at a low level.
