【摘要】：建立生活飲用水中9種半揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(SVOCs)及六氯丁二烯的的頂空固相微萃取-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(HS-SPMEGC-MS)測(cè)定法。將水樣置于頂空瓶中,采用85μm聚酰胺(PA)萃取頭60℃富集萃取15 min,230℃解吸進(jìn)樣3 min,利用GC-MS測(cè)定水樣中目標(biāo)組分含量。結(jié)果顯示,在0.085~23μg/L的范圍內(nèi),所得10種物質(zhì)的回歸方程均呈較好的線性關(guān)系(r≥0.999 6)。該方法的檢出限為0.01~0.08μg/L,加標(biāo)回收率為93.6%~105.7%,RSD為1.38%~6.28%。該方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速,有機(jī)試劑用量小,具有較高的精確性、準(zhǔn)確性和靈敏度,適用于生活飲用水中9種SVOCs的HS-SPME-GC-MS法同時(shí)測(cè)定。
