【摘要】：目的探討某包裝容器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)制罐車間配備的呼吸防護(hù)用品發(fā)放周期的合理性及有效性。方法通過職業(yè)病危害因素識別與危害程度分析,調(diào)查該企業(yè)制罐車間各工種配備的呼吸防護(hù)用品種類和發(fā)放周期,咨詢該用品制造商或查閱有關(guān)資料獲得使用壽命計(jì)算軟件,得出實(shí)際濃度下的防毒時(shí)間,估算配備的呼吸防護(hù)用品有效使用時(shí)間,結(jié)合勞動者接觸職業(yè)病危害因素的時(shí)間,判斷發(fā)放周期是否合理。結(jié)果該企業(yè)制罐車間各工種配備的防毒面具及濾毒盒計(jì)劃發(fā)放周期為半年。經(jīng)量化分析后得出,焊機(jī)及燃燒機(jī)操作工和全噴機(jī)及烘箱操作工配備的防毒面具及濾毒盒實(shí)際有效使用時(shí)間分別為22.5和6.6個(gè)工作日。結(jié)論應(yīng)根據(jù)選擇的呼吸防護(hù)用品,將其過濾元件的更換周期進(jìn)行量化,提高呼吸防護(hù)用品選用的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the rationality and effectiveness of the distribution cycle of respiratory protective equipment in the canning workshop of a packaging container manufacturer. Methods through the identification of occupational disease hazard factors and the analysis of hazard degree, we investigated the types of respiratory protective equipment and the distribution cycle of each kind of work in the canning workshop of this enterprise, consulted the manufacturer of the equipment or consulted the relevant information to obtain the software for calculating the service life. The antivirus time under the actual concentration, the effective use time of the respiratory protective equipment provided and the time of workers' exposure to occupational disease hazards were estimated to judge whether the distribution period was reasonable or not. Results the release period of gas mask and gas filter box was half a year. After quantitative analysis, it is concluded that the effective service time of the gas mask and the gas filter box provided by the welder and the combustion machine operator and the full spray machine and oven operator are 22.5 and 6.6 working days respectively. Conclusion according to the selected respiratory protective equipment, the replacement period of the filter element should be quantified in order to improve the scientific selection of respiratory protective equipment.
