豆瓣中腐敗菌蠟樣芽孢桿菌性能及對(duì)抗生素敏感性研究

【摘要】:該實(shí)驗(yàn)以豆瓣中分離的蠟樣芽孢桿菌為實(shí)驗(yàn)菌株,對(duì)蠟樣芽孢桿菌最適生長(zhǎng)條件及對(duì)抗生素敏感性進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示:該菌的最適生長(zhǎng)溫度是35℃,5℃以下和50℃以上不生長(zhǎng);最適生長(zhǎng)鹽含量為2%,在含量5%時(shí)生長(zhǎng)緩慢,在鹽含量10%以上時(shí)不生長(zhǎng);最適生長(zhǎng)p H值為7.0,p H值3.0以下和p H值10.0以上該菌不生長(zhǎng);另外,在檢測(cè)的25種抗生素中,有21種抗生素對(duì)該菌的生長(zhǎng)具有抗性。
