【摘要】：該實驗以豆瓣中分離的蠟樣芽孢桿菌為實驗菌株,對蠟樣芽孢桿菌最適生長條件及對抗生素敏感性進行了檢測。結(jié)果顯示:該菌的最適生長溫度是35℃,5℃以下和50℃以上不生長;最適生長鹽含量為2%,在含量5%時生長緩慢,在鹽含量10%以上時不生長;最適生長p H值為7.0,p H值3.0以下和p H值10.0以上該菌不生長;另外,在檢測的25種抗生素中,有21種抗生素對該菌的生長具有抗性。
