【摘要】：目的了解我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)留守兒童意外傷害的發(fā)生情況。方法檢索相關(guān)期刊論文、維普、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和Medline、Pubmed、Ovid中1990-2013年發(fā)表的、有關(guān)中國(guó)農(nóng)村留守兒童意外傷害的文獻(xiàn),搜索時(shí)間為2014年6月。對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析,采用Stata 11.0估計(jì)意外傷害發(fā)生率,按照性別、年級(jí)進(jìn)行亞組分析。結(jié)果根據(jù)納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),共納入合格文獻(xiàn)6篇,總樣本量為7 452人,意外傷害發(fā)生率為32.4%,95%CI:24.6%~42.7%。亞組分析顯示,留守男童意外傷害發(fā)生率36.8%,女童意外傷害發(fā)生率為25.7%,學(xué)前組意外傷害發(fā)生率26.8%,小學(xué)組意外傷害發(fā)生率39.4%,中學(xué)組意外傷害發(fā)生率29.8%,不同亞組間的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)留守兒童意外傷害發(fā)生率較高,應(yīng)采取措施預(yù)防和控制意外傷害的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of accidental injuries among children left behind in rural areas of China. Methods the literatures published from 1990 to 2013 in China Journal Full-text Database, Weip, Wanfang Database and Medline Pubmed Ovid on accidental injuries of children left behind in rural China were searched for June 2014. The incidence of accidental injury was estimated by Stata 11.0 and subgroup analysis was carried out according to gender and grade. Results according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 6 articles were included, the total sample size was 7 452, and the incidence of accidental injury was 32. 4% CI: 24. 6 and 42. 7%. Subgroup analysis showed that The incidence of accidental injury was 36.8% for boys, 25.7 for girls, 26.8 for preschool, 39.4 for primary and 29.8for middle school students. There was no significant difference between different subgroups. Conclusion the incidence of accidental injuries of children left behind in rural areas is high. Measures should be taken to prevent and control accidental injuries.
