【摘要】：目的建立職業(yè)性三氯乙烯藥疹樣皮炎(OMDT)臨床路徑。方法選擇OMDT為臨床路徑的病種,在循證醫(yī)學(xué)和臨床資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合專(zhuān)家咨詢和GBZ 185—2006《職業(yè)性三氯乙烯藥疹樣皮炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》確定OMDT的診斷與治療方案,制定臨床路徑文本,并進(jìn)行初步臨床驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果制定供醫(yī)護(hù)人員使用的OMDT臨床路徑文本,包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)住院流程(包括糖皮質(zhì)激素的規(guī)范使用方案)、《臨床路徑表單》、《接受糖皮質(zhì)激素治療知情同意書(shū)》;制定供患者或其家屬使用的患者版《臨床路徑告知書(shū)》。經(jīng)初步臨床驗(yàn)證,該臨床路徑有利于優(yōu)化醫(yī)療流程,患者均無(wú)出現(xiàn)病情反跳和并發(fā)癥,且患者對(duì)OMDT的認(rèn)知程度和治療的滿意度均提高。結(jié)論 OMDT臨床路徑科學(xué)、合理,有利于規(guī)范醫(yī)療行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the clinical pathway of occupational trichloroethylene drug rash dermatitis (OMDT). Methods OMDT was selected as the disease type of clinical pathway. On the basis of evidence-based medicine and clinical data analysis, the diagnosis and treatment scheme of OMDT was determined by combining expert consultation and GBZ 185-2006 diagnostic criteria for occupational trichloroethylene drug rash dermatitis. Make the clinical path text, and carry on the preliminary clinical verification. Results the text of OMDT clinical pathway for medical staff was made. It includes standard hospitalization procedure (including standard use plan of glucocorticoid, form of clinical pathway), informed consent to receive glucocorticoid therapy, and development of patient version for patients or their families. The results showed that the clinical pathway was beneficial to the optimization of the medical process, no rebound and complications were found in the patients, and the degree of cognition and satisfaction of the patients with OMDT were improved. Conclusion the clinical pathway of OMDT is scientific, reasonable and helpful to standardize medical behavior.
