【摘要】:目的建立同位素稀釋法測定4種食品模擬物中18種鄰苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)類增塑劑的方法。方法水模擬物、3%(W/V)乙酸模擬物和20%乙醇模擬物中的18種增塑劑用正己烷萃取,95%乙醇模擬物加水稀釋至20%乙醇后,再用正己烷萃取,采用GC-MS進行分析,同位素稀釋法定性定量。結(jié)果 18種PAEs經(jīng)內(nèi)標校正后的線性R2≥0.9991;線性范圍DINP和DIDP為0.2~5.0 mg/L,DMEP、DEEP和DBEP為0.02~2.0 mg/L,其他13種化合物的線性范圍為0.005~2.0 mg/L;18種PAEs的內(nèi)標相對回收率85.3%~115.0%,DIDP和DINP的定量限為200.0μg/L,其余16種PAEs的定量限為0.1~6.7μg/L,RSD≤10%。結(jié)論與以往的國標方法相比,該方法擴大了鄰苯二甲酸酯類的檢測范圍,解決了高醇模擬物的檢測結(jié)果不穩(wěn)定的問題,采用同位素稀釋法定性定量,結(jié)果更準確,方法更簡單、可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an isotopic dilution method for the determination of 18 phthalates (PAEs) plasticizers in four food simulants. Methods Eighteen plasticizers of water analogue W / V) acetic acid and 20% ethanol were extracted with n-hexane, then diluted to 20% ethanol with water, then extracted with n-hexane, analyzed by GC-MS, and determined qualitatively by isotope dilution method.
