【摘要】：目的了解中國(guó)女性產(chǎn)后體重滯留的現(xiàn)況并探索其影響因素。方法采用整群抽樣,分別選取北京、蘇州、廣州產(chǎn)后第0~1、1~2、2~4、4~8個(gè)月的女性共578名。通過身體測(cè)量記錄身高、體重。通過問卷調(diào)查并結(jié)合醫(yī)療記錄收集調(diào)查對(duì)象的一般人口學(xué)資料和孕前體重、分娩時(shí)體重及相關(guān)孕產(chǎn)信息。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象孕前BMI為(20.8±2.7),產(chǎn)后BMI為(23.4±3.2),體重滯留數(shù)隨時(shí)間逐漸減小。但至產(chǎn)后第4~8個(gè)月,仍有78.4%的女性體重滯留,且有53.4%的女性體重滯留數(shù)超過5 kg。孕期增重與產(chǎn)后體重滯留相關(guān)(P=0.015)。體重滯留者中學(xué)歷較高者比例較大(P=0.044)。結(jié)論中國(guó)產(chǎn)后女性存在較為嚴(yán)重的體重滯留問題,孕期過度增重與產(chǎn)后體重滯留關(guān)系密切,對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期女性從懷孕伊始即進(jìn)行全方位的指導(dǎo)有助于改善體重滯留的現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of postpartum weight retention in Chinese women and explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 578 women were selected from 4 ~ 8 months postpartum in Beijing, Suzhou and Guangzhou by cluster sampling. Record height and weight by body measurements. The data of general demography and pre-pregnancy weight, weight during delivery and relevant information of pregnancy and childbirth were collected by questionnaire and medical records. Results the BMI before pregnancy and postpartum BMI were 20. 8 鹵2. 7 and 23. 4 鹵3. 2, respectively. The body weight retention decreased gradually with time. However, at the 4th to 8th month after delivery, 78.4% of the female weight remained, and 53.4% of the female weight remained more than 5 kg. Weight gain during pregnancy was correlated with postpartum weight retention (P0. 015). The proportion of those with higher educational background was higher than that of weight retention group (P 0.044). Conclusion there is a serious problem of weight retention in postpartum women in China. Excessive weight gain during pregnancy is closely related to postpartum weight retention. Comprehensive guidance for perinatal women from the beginning of pregnancy is helpful to improve the status quo of weight retention.
