【摘要】：目的研制鋯改性殼聚糖-沸石-高嶺土復(fù)合吸附劑用于除去水中的氟離子。方法取0.60 g殼聚糖溶于36 ml的5%乙酸溶液,加入0.15 mol/L氧氯化鋯溶液20.00 ml,用5%氨水調(diào)至p H 5.0,攪拌反應(yīng)60 min,加入1.40 g人造沸石和0.50 g高嶺土繼續(xù)攪拌60 min,再用5%氨水調(diào)至p H 7.5,析出鋯-殼聚糖-沸石-高嶺土復(fù)合吸附劑,分別對5.24 mg/L含氟水進行靜態(tài)除氟實驗[復(fù)合吸附劑用量為1.5 g/L,p H 4~7(p H 5~6最佳),158 r/min振蕩速度下于室溫吸附120 min]和動態(tài)除氟實驗[復(fù)合吸附劑2.00 g,p H 5~6(p H 6最佳),吸附劑粒徑1~2 mm,水樣以3~4 ml/min通過吸附柱]。結(jié)果靜態(tài)除氟實驗結(jié)果顯示,復(fù)合吸附劑對氟的平衡吸附量為3.07 mg/g,出水氟濃度小于1.0 mg/L;動態(tài)除氟實驗結(jié)果顯示,過水量為1 800 ml,復(fù)合吸附劑對氟的吸附容量為2.71 mg/g。實驗數(shù)據(jù)(30℃)符合Langmuir吸附等溫線,最大吸附量為15.53mg/g。結(jié)論鋯改性殼聚糖-沸石-高嶺土復(fù)合吸附劑處理水樣不會造成二次污染,用于靜態(tài)除氟和動態(tài)除氟均可獲得滿意的效果。
[Abstract]:Aim to prepare zirconium modified chitosan-zeolite-kaolin composite adsorbent for removing fluoride ions in water. Methods 0.60 g chitosan was dissolved in 36 ml 5% acetic acid solution. Adding 0.15 mol/L zirconium oxychloride solution to pH 5.0 with 5% ammonia water, stirring for 60 minutes, adding 1.40 g artificial zeolite and 0.50 g kaolin for 60 min, then adding 5% ammonia water to pH 7.5, precipitating zirconium, chitosan, zeolite and kaolin complex adsorbent.
