【摘要】：目的了解泰安市農村家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況,掌握農村家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生健康危害因素,為政府制定改善農村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的政策措施提供科學依據(jù)。方法隨機抽取3個縣,每個縣隨機選擇5個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)隨機選擇4個行政村作為監(jiān)測點,每個監(jiān)測點隨機選擇5戶家庭,共計300戶家庭作為調查對象。結果泰安市農村家庭主要收入來源以農業(yè)和外出務工為主(分別占57.0%和27.0%);家里使用的主要燃料以電和柴為主(分別占47.7%和27.0%);家庭集中式供水覆蓋率85.7%;飲水習慣以喝開水為主,占97.7%;家庭成員有飯前便后洗手習慣的占97.7%;68.3%的家庭使用農藥。52.0%的家庭污水隨意排放。農村家庭衛(wèi)生廁所普及率35.3%,34.7%的廁室不清潔,53.0%的有臭味,7.7%有蠅蛆,34.3%有糞便暴露。79.7%的家庭房屋周圍存在諸如豬圈、牛圈、死水池、污水溝等病媒生物孳生地,30.7%廚房有鼠跡,46.7%廚房有蒼蠅,16.7%的庭院周圍有積水容器,蚊幼蟲孳生陽性率為11.7%。結論泰安市農村家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生總體情況良好,但是,農村家庭污水處理方面薄弱,衛(wèi)生廁所普及率較低,廁室內衛(wèi)生條件較差,病媒生物密度水平較高,是今后農村家庭環(huán)境衛(wèi)生工作的重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the environmental health status of rural families in Tai'an and to grasp the hazard factors of rural family environmental health and health, and to provide scientific basis for the government to formulate policies and measures to improve rural environmental sanitation. Methods 3 counties were selected randomly, 5 villages and towns were selected randomly in each county, 4 villages were selected as monitoring points for each township, and each monitoring was monitored. A total of 5 households were randomly selected, with a total of 300 households as a survey. The main sources of income from rural families in Tai'an were agriculture and migrant workers (57% and 27% respectively); the main fuel used in the family was electricity and wood (47.7% and 27% respectively); the household centralized water supply coverage was 85.7%, and drinking water was the main drinking water. 97.7%, 97.7% of the family members have the habit of washing hands before meals, 68.3% of families using pesticide.52.0% for household waste water discharge. Rural household sanitary toilets are popularized by 35.3%, 34.7% of toilet rooms are unclean, 53% has a bad smell, 7.7% have maggot, and 34.3% family houses, such as piglets, cattle circles, and dead pools, are surrounded by 34.3% feces. The 30.7% kitchen had mouse trace, 46.7% kitchens had flies, 16.7% of the kitchens had flies, 16.7% of the courtyard surrounded by water container, the positive rate of mosquito larvae breeding was 11.7%. conclusion the overall situation of rural family environmental sanitation in Tai'an city was good, but the rural household sewage treatment was thin and weak, the sanitary latrine popularization rate was low, and the toilet indoor sanitary conditions were comparatively low. The high level of vector density is the focus of rural household environmental hygiene work in the future.
