【摘要】：正1941年在重慶中央衛(wèi)生實驗院召開了第一次全國營養(yǎng)會議,一致同意成立中國營養(yǎng)學會。1945年仍在重慶召開了第二次會議時,中國營養(yǎng)學會正式成立,并于1946年正式出版《中國營養(yǎng)學雜志》,由萬昕任經理編輯,王成發(fā)、沈同、陳朝玉、鄭集為編輯,至1948年共出刊2卷4期。在戰(zhàn)時堅持了營養(yǎng)學研究的新風尚,特別聯(lián)系到戰(zhàn)時人民的營
[Abstract]:In 1941, the first national nutrition conference was held at the Chongqing Central Health Experimental Institute, and it was unanimously agreed to establish the China Nutrition Society. When the second meeting was still held in Chongqing in 1945, the China Nutrition Society was formally established. The Journal of Chinese Nutrition was published in 1946, edited by Wan Xin, Wang Chengfa, Shen Tong, Chen Chaoyu, Zheng Ji, and published in 1948 in 2 volumes and 4 issues.
