【摘要】：通過對天津濱海新區(qū)產(chǎn)后婦女對避孕相關(guān)問題的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,以期認(rèn)識到提高產(chǎn)后婦女的整體避孕意識的必要性。采用自行設(shè)計問卷,由固定醫(yī)師進(jìn)行詢問并填寫問卷。產(chǎn)后婦女中81.9%的人知道產(chǎn)后應(yīng)該避孕,但只有46.9%知道產(chǎn)后高危人工流產(chǎn)的危害,48.8%的產(chǎn)后婦女沒有避孕計劃或打算3個月后再采取避孕措施,47.2%的產(chǎn)后婦女計劃或已于首次性生活采取避孕措施,其中學(xué)歷高、職業(yè)為干部組、剖宮產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)后婦女避孕意識較好,258人(80.6%)通過住院分娩或產(chǎn)后訪視得知產(chǎn)后應(yīng)避孕,207人(64.7%)在產(chǎn)后避孕方法上首選避孕套。產(chǎn)后婦女選擇長效可靠避孕措施的少,醫(yī)護(hù)工作者應(yīng)提高對產(chǎn)后婦女有關(guān)產(chǎn)后避孕的指導(dǎo)和宣傳,提高產(chǎn)后婦女對避孕效果可靠措施的使用率,提高產(chǎn)后婦女的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the cognitive status of postpartum women in Tianjin Binhai New Area, in order to realize the necessity of improving the overall Contraceptive Awareness of postpartum women, a self-designed questionnaire was used to ask and fill out the questionnaire by a fixed doctor. 81.9% of the women after postpartum knew that postpartum should be contraceptive, but only 46.9% knew. The risk of postpartum high risk induced abortion, 48.8% of postpartum women did not have a contraceptive plan or planned to take contraceptive measures after 3 months, 47.2% of the postpartum women plan or had taken contraceptive measures in the first sex, of which the education was high, the occupation was the cadre group, and the cesarean section of postpartum women had better consciousness of avoiding pregnancy, and 258 (80.6%) were in hospital delivery or production. After the postpartum visit, 207 people (64.7%) have the first choice of condoms in postpartum contraception. The women choose fewer long-term and reliable contraceptive measures after postpartum. The doctors and nurses should improve the guidance and publicity about postpartum contraception for postpartum women, improve the use rate of postpartum women on contraceptive effects and improve the quality of life of postpartum women.
