2011-2015年漯河市農(nóng)村土壤蛔蟲卵污染狀況調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解漯河市農(nóng)村土壤中蛔蟲卵污染狀況。方法按照國家農(nóng)村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生調(diào)查方案的要求,連續(xù)5年采集不同農(nóng)村的土壤,硝酸鹽漂浮法檢測土壤中的蛔蟲卵。結(jié)果 100份土壤樣品中蛔蟲卵檢出率和活卵檢出率分別為40.0%和9.0%;蔬菜作物土壤和糧食作物土壤中蛔蟲卵檢出率分別為79.5%、14.6%,活卵檢出率分別為17.9%、3.3%;沙土、壤土和粘土中蛔蟲卵檢出率分別為76.3%、20.7%和15.2%,活卵檢出率分別為18.4%、3.4%和3.0%;改廁農(nóng)村和未改廁農(nóng)村土壤中蛔蟲卵檢出率分別為26.0%、40.7%,活卵檢出率分別為1.4%、29.6%;養(yǎng)殖業(yè)垃圾無害化處理農(nóng)村和未無害化處理農(nóng)村土壤中蛔蟲卵檢出率分別為18.9%、69.0%,活卵檢出率分別為3.4%、16.7%。蛔蟲卵檢出率差異除了不同廁所類型農(nóng)村無統(tǒng)計學意義外(P0.05),不同年份、不同農(nóng)作物種植類型、不同土壤質(zhì)地和養(yǎng)殖業(yè)垃圾不同處理方式農(nóng)村有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);活卵檢出率差異除不同年份無統(tǒng)計學意義外(P0.05),不同農(nóng)作物種植類型、不同土壤質(zhì)地、不同廁所類型和養(yǎng)殖業(yè)垃圾不同處理方式農(nóng)村有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論漯河市部分農(nóng)田受到蛔蟲卵污染,需要進一步加強農(nóng)村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生工作,降低居民感染蛔蟲的風險。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs in rural soil of Luohe City. Methods according to the requirements of the national rural environmental health survey program, the soil samples from different rural areas were collected for 5 years, and the Ascaris lumbricoides eggs in the soil were detected by nitrate floatation method. Results the positive rates of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs and live eggs were 40.0% and 9.0% in 100 soil samples, 79.5% and 17.9% respectively in vegetable crop soil and grain crop soil, respectively. The positive rates of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs in loam soil and clay were 76.320.7% and 15.22g, respectively, and the detectable rates of living eggs were 18.4% and 3.0%, respectively; The positive rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs in rural soil was 18.90.The positive rate of living eggs was 3.4g / 716.716.70.The positive rates of Ascaris lumbricoides were 18.9g / kg and 3.4g / kg, respectively. The detection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs was different except that there was no statistical significance in different latrines in rural areas, and different crops were planted in different years. There were significant differences in the detection rate of live eggs between different soil textures and different treatments of garbage in the rural areas except in different years (P 0.05), different planting types of crops and different soil textures. Different types of latrines and different ways of disposal of garbage in the rural areas have statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion some farmland in Luohe city is polluted by Ascaris lumbricoides eggs, so it is necessary to further strengthen environmental hygiene in rural areas and reduce the risk of infection of Ascaris lumbricoides among residents.
