2011—2016年溫州市食源性疾病暴發(fā)事件監(jiān)測(cè)資料分析

【摘要】:目的分析溫州市2011—2016年食源性疾病暴發(fā)事件的暴發(fā)規(guī)律和流行趨勢(shì)。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法,對(duì)2011—2016年國(guó)家食源性疾病暴發(fā)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)食源性疾病報(bào)告資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,對(duì)暴發(fā)時(shí)間、致病因素、致病食品、就餐場(chǎng)所等進(jìn)行歸類統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果 2011—2016年溫州市共上報(bào)食源性疾病暴發(fā)事件87起,累計(jì)發(fā)病數(shù)935例,年平均發(fā)病率為1.71/10萬(wàn),死亡8例,病死率0.86%。已查明病因物質(zhì)的事件62起,占71.26%,由微生物引起的食源性疾病事件和涉及人數(shù)最多,分別占總數(shù)的48.28%和58.40%,其中副溶血性弧菌(19.54%)、金黃色葡萄球菌(10.34%)和沙門(mén)菌(4.60%)是主要致病菌。家庭、賓館飯店、學(xué)校是食源性疾病暴發(fā)事件的主要場(chǎng)所,共發(fā)生66起,占75.86%。水產(chǎn)品及其制品引起的暴發(fā)起數(shù)和病例數(shù)均居首位,分別占14.94%和22.67%。結(jié)論應(yīng)完善食源性疾病監(jiān)測(cè)體系建設(shè),提高食源性疾病暴發(fā)監(jiān)測(cè)與報(bào)告系統(tǒng)的效率和質(zhì)量,開(kāi)展針對(duì)性防控措施,降低食源性疾病負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the outbreak regularity and epidemic trend of foodborne disease outbreaks in Wenzhou from 2011 to 2016. Methods the report data of foodborne disease in the National Foodborne Disease outbreak Surveillance system from 2011 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. The outbreak time, pathogenic factors, pathogenic food and dining place were classified and counted. Results A total of 87 outbreaks of foodborne diseases were reported in Wenzhou from 2011 to 2016, with a cumulative incidence of 935 cases. The annual average incidence rate was 1.71 / 100 000, 8 cases died and the mortality rate was 0.86%. The number of foodborne diseases caused by microbes was the most, accounting for 48.28% and 58.40% of the total respectively, in which Vibrio parahaemolyticus 19.54, Staphylococcus aureus 10.34) and Salmonella 4.60) were the main pathogenic bacteria. Families, hotels and schools are the main places for foodborne disease outbreaks, accounting for 66 cases (75.86%). The number of outbreaks and the number of cases caused by aquatic products were the first, accounting for 14.94% and 22.67%, respectively. Conclusion the construction of foodborne disease surveillance system should be improved, the efficiency and quality of foodborne disease outbreak surveillance and reporting system should be improved, and targeted prevention and control measures should be carried out to reduce the burden of foodborne disease.
