【摘要】：為了解家用凈水設(shè)備出水細(xì)菌污染狀況及影響因素,于2015年10月—2016年5月入戶調(diào)查并采樣檢測(cè)天津52戶凈水設(shè)備用戶自來(lái)水及凈水設(shè)備出水的微生物指標(biāo)并鑒定菌種。結(jié)果顯示,28.8%的凈水設(shè)備出水菌落總數(shù)超標(biāo),1臺(tái)凈水設(shè)備出水總大腸菌群超標(biāo)。2臺(tái)凈水設(shè)備出水檢出蠟樣芽胞桿菌,1臺(tái)凈水設(shè)備出水檢出金黃色葡萄球菌,其他凈水設(shè)備出水檢出克氏庫(kù)克菌及人蒼白桿菌等條件致病菌。提示家用凈水設(shè)備出水細(xì)菌污染狀況應(yīng)受到重視,應(yīng)定期更換濾芯,避免細(xì)菌污染。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the status of bacterial contamination in the effluent of household water purification equipment and its influencing factors, a survey was conducted from October 2015 to May 2016, and the microbiological indexes of tap water and effluent of water purification equipment of 52 households of water purification equipment in Tianjin were investigated and tested, and the bacteria species were identified. The results showed that the total number of bacteria in the effluent of 28. 8% of the water purification equipment was above the standard. The total coliform bacteria in the effluent of 1 water purification plant exceeded the standard. 2. 2 sets of water purification equipment detected Bacillus cereus and 1 water purification equipment. Staphylococcus aureus was detected in the effluent of the water purification equipment. Other water purification equipment water detection of Cook's bacteria and human alcaligenes and other conditional pathogens. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the bacterial contamination in the effluent of household water purification equipment and the filter element should be changed regularly to avoid bacterial contamination.
