【摘要】：目的調(diào)查社區(qū)兒童少年心理韌性與創(chuàng)傷癥狀,分析二者之間的相關(guān)性及影響心理創(chuàng)傷嚴(yán)重程度的因素,為進(jìn)行有效的社區(qū)健康干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段抽樣,運(yùn)用埃森創(chuàng)傷癥狀量表(ETI)和青少年心理彈性量表對(duì)篩檢出創(chuàng)傷事件1 793名兒童少年進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果不同年齡、性別經(jīng)歷創(chuàng)傷事件的兒童少年心理韌性得分不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);心理韌性各維度、心理韌性總分分別與創(chuàng)傷癥狀各維度、創(chuàng)傷癥狀總分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),相關(guān)系數(shù)r分布在-0.356~-0.040。多元回歸顯示創(chuàng)傷癥狀得分的影響因素有心理韌性。結(jié)論社區(qū)應(yīng)關(guān)注社區(qū)經(jīng)歷創(chuàng)傷事件兒童少年,針對(duì)影響因素提供有效的社區(qū)干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between psychological resilience and trauma symptoms of children and adolescents in community and to analyze the correlation between them and the factors influencing the severity of trauma so as to provide the basis for effective community health intervention. Methods Multi-stage sampling, Essen Trauma symptom scale (ETI) and Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale were used to investigate 1 793 children and adolescents with traumatic events. Results the scores of psychological resilience of children and adolescents with different age and gender experienced traumatic events were different, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the scores of psychological resilience, total scores of psychological resilience and the dimensions of trauma symptoms were significant. The total score of traumatic symptoms was negatively correlated with that of P0.05, and the correlation coefficient (r) was between -0.356 and 0.040. Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of trauma symptom score were psychological resilience. Conclusion the community should pay attention to the children and adolescents who experience traumatic events and provide effective community intervention to the influencing factors.
