【摘要】：目的了解北碚區(qū)居民母嬰健康素養(yǎng),找出其影響因素,為制定該區(qū)婦幼衛(wèi)生工作有效策略提供依據(jù)。方法以《母嬰健康素養(yǎng)——基本知識(shí)與技能(試行)》為主線,自行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,抽取北碚區(qū)17個(gè)鎮(zhèn)街的1062名孕婦及計(jì)劃懷孕的婦女進(jìn)行母嬰素養(yǎng)健康調(diào)查。結(jié)果北碚區(qū)母嬰健康素養(yǎng)的平均水平為1.79%,具備基本知識(shí)和基本理念素養(yǎng)水平、健康生活方式與行為與健康技能水平的比例分別為4.52%、4.24%和3.48%。城市居民具備的母嬰健康素養(yǎng)比例高于農(nóng)村(P0.05),大專及以上文化程度高于高中及以下文化程度(P0.05),孕婦高于待孕婦女(P0.05),有生育史婦女高于無生育史婦女(P0.05)。結(jié)論北碚區(qū)居民母嬰健康素養(yǎng)較低,不同地區(qū)、不同文化程度、不同孕育史和不同生育史的人群母嬰健康素養(yǎng)存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the maternal and child health literacy of the residents in Beibei District and find out the influencing factors so as to provide the basis for making effective strategies for maternal and child health work in Beibei District. Methods based on "Maternal and Child Health Literacy-basic knowledge and skills (trial)", a questionnaire was designed to investigate the maternal and child literacy health of 1062 pregnant women in 17 towns and streets in Beibei district. Results the average level of maternal and child health literacy in Beibei district was 1.79. The proportion of healthy lifestyle, behavior and health skills was 4.52% and 3.48%, respectively. The proportion of maternal and child health literacy of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents, the education level of junior college and above was higher than that of high school and below, the pregnant women were higher than those of pregnant women, and the women with history of childbearing were higher than those of women with no history of childbearing. Conclusion the maternal and child health literacy of the residents in Beibei district is lower than that in different regions, different education levels, different gestation history and different fertility history.
