【摘要】：正"制定"和"制訂",這2個(gè)詞是近義詞,但不是同義詞。其含義和用法是不完全相同的。例如:(1)國(guó)務(wù)院認(rèn)真聽取了各方面的意見,制定了《中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十個(gè)五年計(jì)劃鋼要(草案)》(2)要不要制訂新的衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn),成為大家討論的話題。這2個(gè)名選用了不同的詞語。在《現(xiàn)代漢語詞典》等工具書中,"制定"的解釋是"經(jīng)過一定程序定出法律、規(guī)程、計(jì)
[Abstract]:The two words are synonyms, but not synonyms.Its meaning and usage are not exactly the same.For example, the State Council carefully listened to the opinions of all quarters and formulated the draft of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China.The two names use different words.In reference books such as the Dictionary of Modern Chinese, the interpretation of "making" is that "laws, regulations, and calculations are determined through certain procedures."
