【摘要】：目的:探討宮腔鏡監(jiān)護(hù)下行高危無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)的應(yīng)用效果。方法:將我院2015年1月至12月收治的100例實施無痛人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)的高�；颊唠S機(jī)分為兩組,B超監(jiān)護(hù)下常規(guī)無痛人流患者50例為對照組,宮腔鏡監(jiān)護(hù)下無痛人流患者50例為觀察組。對比觀察兩組術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)時間、術(shù)后陰道流血情況、月經(jīng)恢復(fù)情況、手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果:觀察組的手術(shù)時間長于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組的術(shù)后陰道流血時間短于對照組,術(shù)中出血量少于對照組,但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組月經(jīng)恢復(fù)時間短于對照組,并發(fā)癥少于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在宮腔鏡監(jiān)護(hù)下行高危人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)克服了傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)的盲目性,提高了手術(shù)效果,減少了手術(shù)并發(fā)癥,值得臨床推廣及進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of high-risk painless artificial abortion under hysteroscopic monitoring.Methods: from January to December 2015, 100 patients with high risk of painless induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups: 50 patients with routine painless abortion under B ultrasonic monitoring as control group and 50 patients with painless abortion under hysteroscopy as observation group.The blood loss, operative time, vaginal bleeding, menstrual recovery and operative complications were compared between the two groups.Results: the operative time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The time of postoperative vaginal bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).The menstrual recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the complication was less than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: the high risk artificial abortion under hysteroscopy can overcome the blindness of the traditional operation, improve the operation effect and reduce the complications of the operation, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and further study.
