【摘要】：目的對烏魯木齊市基層派出所男性民警進行職業(yè)緊張水平和下尿路癥狀調(diào)查,了解職業(yè)緊張與下尿路癥狀水平,探討職業(yè)緊張與下尿路癥狀的關(guān)系。方法采用職業(yè)緊張測量問卷(JSS)和國際前列腺癥狀評分調(diào)查問卷(IPSS),對烏魯木齊市1 300名基層派出所男性民警進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 (1)不同年齡、民族、警齡、警銜的基層派出所民警工作緊張指數(shù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)IPSS評分總體均值為(6.87±2.82)分。LUTS各種癥狀的患病率分別為尿不盡者占48.97%;尿頻者占51.44%;排尿中斷者占61.73%;尿失禁者占58.85%;尿線變細者占50.62%;排尿費力者占51.85%;夜尿增多者占87.24%。(3)高度職業(yè)緊張組LUTS的檢出率高于中度和低度職業(yè)緊張組。不同職業(yè)緊張水平組中檢出率最高的LUTS癥狀是夜尿增多。(4)IPSS評分與職業(yè)緊張指數(shù)和工作壓力指數(shù)呈正相關(guān),與組織支持缺乏指數(shù)呈負相關(guān)。結(jié)論基層派出所男性民警職業(yè)緊張程度較高。職業(yè)壓力在一定程度上與LUTS患病情況相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of occupational stress and symptoms of lower urinary tract in Urumqi police station, and to explore the relationship between occupational stress and symptoms of lower urinary tract.Methods the occupational stress questionnaire (JSS) and the International Prostate symptom scale (IPSS) were used to investigate 1,300 male police officers in Urumqi.Results 1) different age, nationality, police age,There was significant difference in the job stress index of the police officers in the police stations of police rank. There was statistical significance (P 0.05). The overall average of IPSS score was 6.87 鹵2.82). The prevalence rate of various symptoms of LUTS was 48.977.The frequency of urination was 51.44. the proportion of interrupted urination was 61.73and the incontinence of urinary incontinence was higher than that of the patients with urinary incontinence. The prevalence rate of various symptoms of LUTS was 48.97%, 51.44%, 61.73%, respectively.The detection rate of LUTS in the high occupational stress group was higher than that in the moderate and low occupational stress group.The highest detection rate of LUTS in different occupational stress level groups was that the nocturnal urine increased. 4% LUTS score was positively correlated with occupational stress index and work stress index, and negatively correlated with organizational support deficiency index.Conclusion the degree of occupational stress of male police in basic police station is higher.Occupational stress is related to the prevalence of LUTS to some extent.
