【摘要】：研究背景：隨著工業(yè)化的不斷發(fā)展和城市的不斷擴(kuò)張，大氣污染已日趨嚴(yán)重，威脅著人類賴以生存的環(huán)境和全球的可持續(xù)發(fā)展性。二氧化硫(SO_2)是主要的大氣污染物之一。石油、煤、天然氣的燃燒以及工業(yè)上各種有色金屬的冶煉、石油精制、硫化橡膠及造紙等均可產(chǎn)生SO_2，揮發(fā)于空氣中對(duì)大氣造成嚴(yán)重污染。SO_2作為一種有毒性氣體，可造成腦、肺、心、肝等臟器受到損傷，嚴(yán)重時(shí)可影響其功能，危機(jī)生命；人體若1天內(nèi)攝取4-6g，會(huì)引起劇烈的胃腸功能障礙，造成腹瀉。二氧化硫可引起全身毒性反應(yīng)，二氧化硫吸入體內(nèi)后會(huì)行成衍生物—亞硫酸鈉：亞硫酸氫鈉以物質(zhì)的量之比為3：1存在于體內(nèi)，隨著血液分布全身。 目的：研究二氧化硫體內(nèi)衍生物對(duì)大鼠性激素水平的影響以及對(duì)卵巢的毒性作用。初步探討二氧化硫體內(nèi)衍生物對(duì)卵巢的毒性作用，提高人們對(duì)二氧化硫毒性認(rèn)識(shí)，嚴(yán)格控制環(huán)境中及生活中二氧化硫濃度，增強(qiáng)全人類環(huán)保意識(shí)。 方法：選擇健康的60天左右，體重（200g 20）g清潔級(jí)成年雌性未孕WISTER大鼠，（山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中心）；每日給予標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光照，顆粒飼料喂養(yǎng)，自由攝食，室溫20-25℃相對(duì)濕度50％-65％。每日晨9：00至11:00取陰道分泌物涂片，巴氏染色，光鏡觀察性周期，選取30只性周期規(guī)律的大鼠進(jìn)入實(shí)驗(yàn)。將30只大鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、低劑量組、高劑量組，對(duì)照組采用生理鹽水1ml，每天腹腔注射一次，，連續(xù)14天；低劑量組采用二氧化硫體內(nèi)衍生物混合液1ml，濃度0.5g/kg，每天腹腔注射一次，連續(xù)14天；高劑量組采用混合液1ml，濃度1g/kg，每天腹腔注射一次，連續(xù)14天；給藥結(jié)束后于動(dòng)情期，尾靜脈采血，用放射免疫法檢測(cè)卵泡刺激素（FSH）、血清雌二醇（E2），黃體生成素（LH）激素水平的變化。股動(dòng)脈放血處死大鼠，取卵巢組織固定、切片、HE染色，觀察卵巢組織形態(tài)學(xué)變化。 結(jié)果：（1）低劑量組與高劑量組均有中毒癥狀，以高劑量組為著，雌性大鼠可出現(xiàn)飲食、活動(dòng)減少，于腹腔注射后可出現(xiàn)震顫、肌肉痙攣等中毒癥狀。（2）三個(gè)組之間比較，F(xiàn)SH有顯著差異（F=84.19，P㩳0.0001），SO_2各劑量組中大鼠FSH較對(duì)照組顯著增加；且高劑量組的影響顯著高于低劑量組（P㩳0.05）。SO_2對(duì)大鼠血清中LH水平的影響顯著（F=57.92，P㩳0.0001）；高劑量組中LH水平較低劑量組、對(duì)照組顯著增大（P㩳0.05）；低劑量組和對(duì)照組沒有顯著差異。三個(gè)組之間比較，E2有顯著差異（F=153.83，P㩳0.0001），染毒組各劑量組中的大鼠血清中E2水平較對(duì)照組有顯著降低；高劑量組的影響顯著高于低劑量組（P㩳0.05）。（3）高劑量組大鼠卵巢組織的病理改變主要表現(xiàn)為始基卵泡和初級(jí)卵泡增多，而次級(jí)卵泡和成熟卵泡較少見，且閉鎖卵泡增多。結(jié)論：二氧化硫體內(nèi)衍生物可引起雌性大鼠性軸功能紊亂及卵巢組織學(xué)改變。
[Abstract]:Background: with the development of industrialization and the expansion of cities, air pollution is becoming more and more serious, which threatens the environment on which human beings depend and the sustainable development of the whole world.So _ 2 is one of the main atmospheric pollutants.The combustion of petroleum, coal and natural gas, as well as the smelting of various non-ferrous metals in industry, petroleum refining, vulcanized rubber and paper making can all produce so _ 2, which volatilizes in the air and causes serious air pollution. So _ 2 as a toxic gas, it can cause brain and lung.Heart, liver and other organs are damaged, when serious can affect its function, crisis life; if the human body to ingest 4-6g in one day, will cause severe gastrointestinal dysfunction, causing diarrhea.Sulfur dioxide can cause systemic toxic reactions. After inhalation of sulfur dioxide, sodium sulfite: sodium bisulfite exists in the body with the weight ratio of 3:1, along with the distribution of blood throughout the body.Aim: to study the effects of sulfur dioxide derivatives on sex hormone levels and ovarian toxicity in rats.To explore the toxic effect of sulfur dioxide derivatives on ovary, to improve people's understanding of sulfur dioxide toxicity, to strictly control the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the environment and in daily life, and to enhance the awareness of environmental protection of all mankind.Methods: healthy adult female WISTER rats with a body weight of 200g 20g for about 60 days were selected (Animal Experimental Center of Shanxi Medical University).
