【摘要】：目的：通過了解重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童保健管理現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的主要問題，為全區(qū)及重慶市其他區(qū)縣衛(wèi)生行政部門完善兒童保健管理體制提供借鑒。 方法：采用文獻(xiàn)研究法研究國內(nèi)外兒童保健管理現(xiàn)狀；采用專家訪談法探討重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童保健管理體制中存在的主要問題；采用問卷調(diào)查法，隨機(jī)抽取100名兒童對(duì)重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童保健管理滿意度進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。運(yùn)用EpiData3.1軟件建庫錄入已有數(shù)據(jù)，及SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果：重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童保健管理的大部分指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)達(dá)到了“兩綱”目標(biāo)，但有少部分指標(biāo)有待進(jìn)一步提高；兒童保健供需矛盾、兒童保健費(fèi)用投入不足和兒童保健管理機(jī)制尚不完善、兒童保健管理能力不足、兒童保健隊(duì)伍建設(shè)滯后、兒童保健宣傳與教育力度不夠和兒童保健城鄉(xiāng)差距較大是重慶市涪陵區(qū)兒童保健管理體制中存在的7個(gè)主要問題；兒童保健受益群體對(duì)兒童免疫接種、兒童保健宣傳力度和兒童系統(tǒng)管理較滿意，，對(duì)兒童保健衛(wèi)生費(fèi)用投入、兒童保健政策和兒童保健門診基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施極不滿意。 結(jié)論：應(yīng)加強(qiáng)政府相關(guān)部門引導(dǎo)；重視和提高婚前醫(yī)學(xué)檢查率，提高新生兒質(zhì)量；完善兒童發(fā)展綱要（規(guī)劃）的監(jiān)測統(tǒng)計(jì)體系；進(jìn)一步嚴(yán)格考核制度，確保兒童發(fā)展綱要（規(guī)劃）順利完成；進(jìn)一步深化婦女兒童衛(wèi)生保健管理，不斷滿足婦女兒童健康需求；重視孕產(chǎn)婦及胎兒保�。环e極開展新生兒篩查；加強(qiáng)兒童常見病防治和保��；加強(qiáng)嚴(yán)重危及兒童生命的疾病防治；進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兒童免疫接種管理；加大合格碘鹽食用工作力度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out the main problems in the management of children's health care in Fuling district of Chongqing, and to provide reference for the health administrative department of the whole district and other counties of Chongqing to perfect the management system of children's health care.Methods: the present situation of child health care management at home and abroad was studied by literature research, the main problems in the management system of child health care in Fuling District of Chongqing City were discussed by expert interview, and the questionnaire survey method was used.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 children in Fuling district of Chongqing.EpiData3.1 software is used to build the database to input the existing data, and SPSS17.0 software is used to analyze the statistical index data.Results: most of the index data of child health care management in Fuling district of Chongqing have reached the target of "two key principles", but some indexes need to be further improved, the contradiction between supply and demand of child health care,The child health care management mechanism is not perfect, the child health care management ability is insufficient, and the construction of child health care team is lagging behind.There are seven main problems in the management system of children's health care in Fuling district of Chongqing, such as the insufficient propaganda and education of children's health care and the large gap between urban and rural areas of children's health care, and the children's health care beneficiary groups are immunized against children.The children's health care propaganda and the children's systematic management are satisfied, and they are not satisfied with the cost of the children's health care, the children's health policy and the infrastructure of the outpatient clinic for the children's health care.Conclusion: it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of relevant government departments, attach importance to and improve the rate of premarital medical examination, improve the quality of newborns, improve the monitoring and statistical system of child development program (planning), and further strengthen the examination system.(C) ensure the successful completion of the child development programme (programme); further deepen the management of women's and children's health care and continuously meet the health needs of women and children; pay attention to maternal and fetal health; and actively carry out neonatal screening;To strengthen the prevention and treatment of common diseases and health care of children; to strengthen the prevention and treatment of diseases that seriously endanger the lives of children; to further strengthen the management of immunization of children; and to strengthen the work of consuming qualified iodized salt.
