【摘要】：目的了解老年人生活事件應(yīng)激水平及其與心理健康狀況的相關(guān)性。方法 2015年1月1日—2月28日,采用多階段分層隨機抽樣方法,利用課題組自行編制的老年人社會狀況調(diào)查問卷、癥狀自評量表、社會支持評定量表、老年人生活事件量表對2 200名≥60歲老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,回收有效問卷2 013份。結(jié)果山東省2 013名≥60歲老年人生活事件應(yīng)激得分范圍在0~239分,中位數(shù)為14.00,四分位數(shù)間距為28.00,患有慢性疾病(55.44%)、本人離職退休(31.59%)、本人住院治療(30.35%)等生活事件發(fā)生頻率較高;多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,山東省老年人生活事件應(yīng)激水平的影響因素包括性別(OR=1.245)、受教育程度(OR=0.659)、婚姻狀況(OR=1.786、2.807)、生活自理能力(OR=1.813、1.939)和慢性病種類(OR=2.125~4.810)(均P0.05);生活事件應(yīng)激水平得分與老年人SCL-90得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.532,P0.01),其中家庭相關(guān)生活事件(r=0.481,P0.01)、負(fù)性生活事件(r=0.516,P0.01)與老年人心理健康狀況相關(guān)性最強。結(jié)論性別、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、生活自理能力和慢性病種類是老年人生活事件應(yīng)激水平的主要影響因素,且生活事件應(yīng)激水平越高老年人心理健康狀況越差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the stress level of life events and its correlation with mental health in the elderly.Methods from January 1 to February 28, 2015, a multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the social status of the elderly, including the symptom Checklist, the symptom Checklist and the Social support rating scale.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 200 elderly people aged more than 60 years, and 2 013 valid questionnaires were collected.Results the life event stress score of 2013 elderly people aged more than 60 years in Shandong Province ranged from 0 to 239, the median was 14.00, the quartile interval was 28.00, and the patient suffered from chronic disease 55.4445. The frequency of life events was higher than that of the elderly aged more than 60 years (I retired 31.5959 and I was admitted to hospital treatment 30.35B), and the distance between the quartile and the quartile was 28.00.The results of multivariate analysis show thatThere was a strong correlation between family life events (0.481g / P 0.01g) and negative life events (0.516g / P0.01) and the mental health status of the elderly.Conclusion gender, education, marital status, self-care ability and chronic diseases are the main factors influencing the stress level of the elderly, and the higher the stress level of life events is, the worse the mental health status of the elderly is.
