【摘要】：目的通過分析佳木斯市2015年學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康調(diào)研結(jié)果,建立佳木斯市兒童青少年身高百分位數(shù)曲線參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣,調(diào)查監(jiān)測(cè)佳木斯市城區(qū)6~17歲在校學(xué)生44 437名。按照《2010年全國(guó)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康調(diào)研工作手冊(cè)》規(guī)定的方法監(jiān)測(cè),以偏度系數(shù)(lambda,skowness,L),中位數(shù)(median,M)和變異系數(shù)(sigma,coefficient of variation,S)法計(jì)算性別-年齡別身高各百分位數(shù)值,并繪制LMS曲線,建立佳木斯市兒童青少年身高參考值。結(jié)果佳木斯市6~17歲男生身高隨年齡的增長(zhǎng)而增長(zhǎng),6~14歲增長(zhǎng)較為明顯。女生在12歲以前呈現(xiàn)同樣趨勢(shì),但之后趨于穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論 LMS法建立的佳木斯市城區(qū)兒童青少年身高曲線參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)準(zhǔn)確,可以在佳木斯市城區(qū)推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the reference standard of the height percentile curve of children and adolescents in Jiamusi city by analyzing the results of the investigation on students' physical health in 2015 in Jiamusi city.Methods A random cluster sampling was used to investigate 44 437 students aged 6 to 17 years old in Jiamusi city.According to the method of monitoring according to the method stipulated in the Manual on the investigation of National students' physical Health in 2010, the sex-age-specific height percentiles were calculated by the methods of deviation coefficient (M) and coefficient of variation (sigma coefficient of variation), and the LMS curves were plotted.To establish the reference value of height of children and adolescents in Jiamusi.Results in Jiamusi, the height of 17 year old boys increased with the increase of age, and the increase of 614 years old was more obvious.Girls show the same trend before the age of 12, but then tend to stabilize.Conclusion the reference standard of height curve of children and adolescents established by LMS method in Jiamusi city is accurate and can be popularized in Jiamusi city.
