【摘要】：目的采用死亡數(shù)和壽命損失年(YLL)兩種疾病負擔指標,定量評估大氣二氧化氮(NO_2)對人群健康效應的影響。方法收集天津市六個城區(qū)2001年1月1日至2010年12月31日的每日大氣NO_2和死因監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),并計算每日YLL值,采用廣義相加模型分別建立大氣NO_2對暴露人群每日死亡及每日YLL影響的暴露反應關系,最后采用Meta分析方法對六城區(qū)的結果進行合并。結果除和平區(qū)外,天津市其他5個城區(qū)大氣NO_2均可導致暴露人群非意外死亡數(shù)和YLL值的增加。天津市城區(qū)大氣NO_2日均濃度(lag0~1)每升高10μg/m~3,可分別導致暴露人群每日死亡和每日YLL值增加0.67%(95%CI:0.40%~0.93%)和1.62(95%CI:0.69~2.54)人年。結論天津市城區(qū)大氣NO_2可導致暴露人群死亡和YLL的增加,但不同的城區(qū)之間存在一定的差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantitatively evaluate the effect of atmospheric nitrogen dioxide (NO2) on population health by using two disease burden indexes: death rate and life lost year (YLL).Methods the data of daily atmospheric NO_2 and cause of death were collected from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2010 in six urban areas of Tianjin, and the daily YLL values were calculated.The general additive model was used to establish the exposure response relationship of atmospheric NO_2 to the daily death and daily YLL of exposed population. Finally, the results of six urban areas were combined with Meta analysis method.Results with the exception of Heping District, the number of non-accidental deaths and the YLL value of exposed population were increased in five other urban areas of Tianjin.Conclusion Atmospheric NO_2 can lead to death and increase of YLL in urban area of Tianjin, but there are some differences among different urban areas.
