【摘要】：目的了解中國流動老年人群體自評健康現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為有針對性制定流動老年人口健康相關(guān)政策提供參考依據(jù)。方法利用2015年全國流動人口動態(tài)監(jiān)測調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對全國32個樣本點的12 153名流動老年人口自評健康狀況及其影響因素進行有序logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果流動老年人口自評健康為不健康的占11.00%,自評為基本健康和健康的分別占44.03%、44.97%;不同性別、教育程度、朋友數(shù)、流動原因、收入來源、流動時間、鍛煉時間、是否患慢性病、是否體檢的流動老年人群之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01);多因素回歸分析表明,性別、年齡、教育程度、流動時間、是否患慢性病、鍛煉身體時間、生小病處理方式、流入地朋友數(shù)對流動老年人口的自評健康有顯著影響(均P0.01)。結(jié)論流動老年人口自評健康較一般老年人口自評健康更為積極,健康意識因素(如鍛煉身體時間、生小病處理方式等因素)和社會支持因素(如流入地朋友數(shù)等因素)對流動老年人口的自評健康有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health status quo and its influencing factors of floating elderly population in China, and to provide reference basis for making health related policies of floating elderly population.Methods based on the survey data of floating population dynamics in 2015, the self-rated health status and its influencing factors of 12 153 floating elderly population in 32 sample points in China were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results 11.00% of the floating elderly people rated their health as unhealthy, 44.03% of them were rated as basic health and 44.97% respectively. Different sex, education level, number of friends, reason of flow, income source, time of flow, time of exercise, whether suffering from chronic disease or not,Multivariate regression analysis showed that sex, age, education level, flow time, chronic disease, exercise time, and treatment of minor illness were significantly different between the two groups (all P 0.01), and multivariate regression analysis showed that: sex, age, education, time of flow, chronic disease, exercise time, treatment of minor illness,The number of friends in the floating area had a significant effect on the self-rated health of the floating elderly population (all P 0.01).Conclusion the self-rated health of the floating elderly population is more active than that of the general elderly population, and the factors of health awareness (such as exercise time) are more active.Factors such as the treatment of minor illness and social support (such as the number of friends) have a significant impact on the self-rated health of the floating elderly population.
