表面活性劑-膜富集-紫外可見漫反射光譜法測定水中的痕量鉛

【摘要】:提出了結(jié)合表面活性劑、膜富集和紫外可見漫反射光譜測定水中痕量鉛的方法。在pH 8.5的氨水氯化銨緩沖溶液中,劇烈攪拌下,鉛與雙硫腙形成疏水性的紅色絡(luò)合物,該絡(luò)合物能夠被混合纖維素酯膜富集,并且在非離子表面活性劑聚氧乙烯月桂醚(Brij-30)的存在下,該絡(luò)合物被混合纖維素酯膜富集的效率得到了很大提高,然后待膜自然干燥后直接測得膜表面的漫反射光譜。本文對表面活性劑類型、表面活性劑濃度、反應(yīng)酸度、雙硫腙濃度和反應(yīng)時間等條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。研究結(jié)果表明,在最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,最大吸收波長為485nm,在5~100μg·L-1范圍內(nèi)鉛離子的濃度與其絡(luò)合物的吸光度呈良好的線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)的平方R2為0.990 6,檢出限為2.88μg·L-1。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)下列共存離子不干擾鉛離子的測定:500倍的K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,NH4+,NO-3,Cl-,CH3COO-,SO2-4;10倍的Al 3+(10%的NaF進(jìn)行掩蔽),Fe3+(10%的NaF和酒石酸鉀鈉進(jìn)行掩蔽),Hg2+和Zn2+(10%的NaSCN和酒石酸鉀鈉進(jìn)行掩蔽);同等濃度的Cd2+,Cu2+。采用本方法測定瓶裝水中的痕量鉛,結(jié)果與石墨爐原子吸收光譜法(GFAAS)測定的結(jié)果基本一致,加標(biāo)回收率在95.4%~104.5%之間,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(SD)在0.5~1.5μg·L-1之間,說明本方法具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性。本方法操作簡單、靈敏度高,適用于瓶裝水中痕量鉛的測定。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of trace lead in water with surfactant, membrane enrichment and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was proposed.In pH 8.5 ammonium chloride buffer solution, lead and dithizone form a hydrophobic red complex, which can be enriched by mixed cellulose ester membrane.Moreover, in the presence of Nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (Brij-30), the enrichment efficiency of the complex by mixed cellulose ester film was greatly improved, and then the diffuse reflectance spectra of the film surface were measured directly after the film was dried naturally.The types of surfactants, the concentration of surfactants, the acidity of the reaction, the concentration of dithizone and the reaction time were optimized.The results show that under the optimum experimental conditions, the maximum absorption wavelength is 485 nm, and the concentration of lead ion has a good linear relationship with the absorbance of the complex in the range of 5 渭 g / L ~ (-1).
