【摘要】：目的了解電焊錳對(duì)接害作業(yè)工人健康的影響。方法隨機(jī)抽取北京市昌平區(qū)18家錳作業(yè)單位621名電焊工人(接觸組)和576名不接觸錳的工人(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行體檢。結(jié)果 621名錳作業(yè)工人未檢出目標(biāo)疾病。接觸組的非目標(biāo)疾病檢出率隨年齡增加而呈上升趨勢(shì),神經(jīng)衰弱綜合征、高血壓、血清ALT活性增高的檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)增多或減少、尿蛋白陽性、尿糖陽性、尿潛血陽性、心電圖異常檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論接觸低濃度錳對(duì)電焊工人的職業(yè)健康危害較輕微。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of welding manganese on the health of workers exposed to manganese. Methods 621 welders (exposure group) and 576 workers (control group) from 18 manganese working units in Changping District of Beijing were randomly selected for physical examination. Results No target disease was detected in 621 workers exposed to manganese. The detection rate of non-target diseases in the exposure group increased with the increase of age. The positive rates of neurasthenia syndrome, hypertension and serum ALT activity were significantly different (P 0.05). The leukocyte count increased or decreased, urine protein was positive, urine glucose was positive, urine occult blood was positive. There was no significant difference in abnormal detection rate of electrocardiogram (ECG). Conclusion exposure to low concentration of manganese is less harmful to the occupational health of welders.
