【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的逐步調(diào)整,城市人群的行為空間更多以室內(nèi)為主。室內(nèi)光環(huán)境難以滿足人們對(duì)自然光照刺激的生理需求。自然光照的缺乏,是導(dǎo)致人體生理節(jié)律紊亂、心理情緒障礙等身心疾病的重要因素之一。本文著重介紹了光環(huán)境與人體健康的理論基礎(chǔ),歸納總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外光健康領(lǐng)域在視覺功效、節(jié)律調(diào)節(jié)、情緒干預(yù)三個(gè)維度的科研動(dòng)態(tài)。文章以循證設(shè)計(jì)為切入點(diǎn),探討了科學(xué)研究與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐之間的關(guān)系,指出循證設(shè)計(jì)在我國(guó)當(dāng)前照明設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中的重要性及必然性;同時(shí),介紹了作者團(tuán)隊(duì)多年來(lái)在循證設(shè)計(jì)方面的探索與應(yīng)用,通過(guò)極地、醫(yī)院、養(yǎng)老、起居、辦公等人居空間的光照環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)案例,闡述了對(duì)光健康理論的理念,也冀望對(duì)照明設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's urbanization process and the gradual adjustment of economic structure, the behavior space of urban people is more indoor. The indoor light environment is difficult to meet the physiological needs of natural light stimulation and the lack of natural light. It is one of the important factors that lead to physiological rhythm disorder, psychological disorder and other physical and mental diseases. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of light environment and human health, and summarizes the visual efficacy and rhythm regulation in the field of light health at home and abroad. This paper discusses the relationship between scientific research and design practice, points out the importance and inevitability of evidence-based design in the field of lighting design in China. This paper introduces the exploration and application of the author's team in the field of evidence-based design for many years. Through the cases of lighting environment design in polar, hospital, old-age, living, office and other human settlements, the author expounds the theory of light health. It also hopes to provide new ideas for the future development of lighting design field.
