【摘要】：目的了解河南省安陽市青少年吸煙行為現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為采取干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。方法2013年10月—2014年2月采用分層整群抽樣方法,對(duì)河南省安陽市24所監(jiān)測(cè)學(xué)校共5 040人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果報(bào)告曾經(jīng)吸煙率為27.48%,現(xiàn)在吸煙率為12.38%,低齡吸煙率為10.67%,且3種吸煙行為發(fā)生率均男生女生、城市農(nóng)村(均P0.05)。曾經(jīng)吸煙率隨著年級(jí)的增長而增長;而低齡吸煙、現(xiàn)在吸煙和經(jīng)常吸煙高中階段明顯高于初中和大學(xué)(P0.01)。青少年吸煙行為logistic回歸分析顯示,安陽市城、鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生吸煙行為的共同危險(xiǎn)因素為飲酒(OR=4.216、6.434)、打架(OR=2.549、2.483)、孤獨(dú)(OR=1.957、1.429),城市學(xué)生危險(xiǎn)因素還包括受欺侮(OR=1.546),農(nóng)村學(xué)生包括騎車違規(guī)(OR=1.319)、絕望(OR=1.429)和自殺意念(OR=1.436);保護(hù)因素城市學(xué)生為采取減肥措施、體育活動(dòng)以及學(xué)習(xí)壓力大,農(nóng)村學(xué)生為采取減肥措施、體育活動(dòng)1~2 d/周和有時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)壓力大。結(jié)論安陽市青少年吸煙率較高并與危害健康行為發(fā)生有關(guān);家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)應(yīng)行動(dòng)起來,共同采取綜合干預(yù)措施,預(yù)防和減少青少年吸煙行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the smoking behavior of adolescents and its influencing factors in Anyang City, Henan Province, and to provide evidence for intervention. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used from October 2013 to February 2014. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 24 monitored schools in Anyang City, Henan Province. The results showed that the smoking rate was 27.48%, the smoking rate was 12.38%, the low age smoking rate was 10.67 7, and the incidence of three kinds of smoking behaviors was male and female. In urban and rural areas (P0.05%), once smoking rate increased with the increase of grade, while low age smoking and regular smoking in high school were significantly higher than those in junior high school and university. Logistic regression analysis of smoking behavior among adolescents showed that Anyang City, city of Anyang City, The common risk factors for smoking behavior of rural students were drinking alcohol 4.216n6.434, fighting OR2.549 / 2.483, loneliness 1.9571.429.The risk factors for urban students also included bullying OR1.546, rural students including cycling violation of OR1.319and despair OR1.429) and suicidal ideation OR1.4360.Protective factors for urban students were to take weight-loss measures. In order to take weight loss measures, the physical activity of rural students is 1 / 2 days / week and sometimes the pressure of learning is great. Conclusion the smoking rate of adolescents in Anyang City is higher and it is related to the occurrence of harmful behaviors. Schools and society should act together to take comprehensive intervention measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of adolescent smoking.
