【摘要】：目的掌握江蘇省2015年瘧疾疫情及流行特征,為如期實現(xiàn)本省的消除瘧疾目標提供依據(jù)。方法對2015年全省網(wǎng)絡報告瘧疾疫情和專報系統(tǒng)的流行病學調(diào)查資料進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果 2015年江蘇省共報告瘧疾405例,較2014年(355例)上升14.08%。均為境外輸入病例,5例(1.23%)來自東南亞,400例(98.77%)來自25個非洲國家或地區(qū)。全省13個市均有輸入性瘧疾病例報告,其中泰州市、連云港、南通市、淮安市和揚州市報告病例數(shù)占全省總數(shù)的68.64%(278/405)。省瘧疾診斷參比實驗室對405份樣本進行復核,發(fā)現(xiàn)惡性瘧299例、間日瘧13例、三日瘧18例、卵形瘧71例、混合感染4例。結論江蘇省已連續(xù)4年無本地感染瘧疾病例,但境外輸入性瘧疾病例仍呈上升趨勢,且輸入性間日瘧病例較2014年明顯增加。加強境外輸入性瘧疾監(jiān)測,提高各級醫(yī)療機構相關人員對瘧疾的診斷和治療能力、提升疾控機構專業(yè)人員病原復核、疫點調(diào)查和處置能力是本省瘧疾防控工作的重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic situation and epidemic characteristics of malaria in Jiangsu Province in 2015. Methods the epidemiological survey data of malaria epidemic and special reporting system in 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results 405 cases of malaria were reported in Jiangsu Province in 2015. Compared with 2014 (355 cases), the number of imported cases is 14.08.All of them are imported cases from abroad, 5 cases or 1.23 cases) and 400 cases from Southeast Asia are reported from 25 African countries or regions. Among them, Taizhou City, Lianyungang City, and Nantong City have all reported imported malaria cases in 13 cities of the province, including Taizhou City, Lianyungang City, and Nantong City. The number of reported cases in Huaian City and Yangzhou City accounted for 68.64% of the total number of reported cases in the whole province. 405 samples were reviewed by the reference Laboratory of Malaria diagnosis in the province. 299 cases of falciparum malaria, 13 cases of vivax malaria, 18 cases of malaria in three days, 71 cases of oval malaria were found. Conclusion there have been no local malaria cases in Jiangsu Province for 4 consecutive years, but the imported malaria cases are still on the rise, and the imported vivax malaria cases are obviously increased compared with 2014. To improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of malaria in medical institutions at all levels, to improve the ability of disease control professional personnel to review the pathogen, and to investigate and treat the epidemic spot are the key points of malaria prevention and control in our province.
