【摘要】：目的分析南京市2013-2016年疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(AFEI)的發(fā)生特征,初步評(píng)價(jià)疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況和疫苗接種的安全性。方法通過(guò)AEFI信息管理系統(tǒng),收集南京市2013-2016年報(bào)告的AEFI個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2013-2016年南京市共報(bào)告AEFI 4 277例,報(bào)告覆蓋率為100%,報(bào)告發(fā)生率為40.93例/10萬(wàn)劑。AEFI報(bào)告數(shù)男、女性別比為1.36∶1,2歲占74.40%(3 182/4 277)。AEFI報(bào)告例數(shù)居前五位的區(qū)分別是江寧區(qū)、浦口區(qū)、秦淮區(qū)、六合區(qū)和鼓樓區(qū)。I類疫苗AEFI共報(bào)告3 542例,占82.82%(3 542/4277),報(bào)告發(fā)生率為50.32例/10萬(wàn)劑,II類疫苗AEFI共報(bào)告735例,占17.18%(735/4 277),報(bào)告發(fā)生率為21.55例/10萬(wàn)劑。一般反應(yīng)3 809例,占到89.06%(3 809/4 277),報(bào)告發(fā)生率為36.45例/10萬(wàn)劑,以發(fā)熱、紅腫、硬結(jié)為主;異常反應(yīng)441例,占10.31%(441/4 277),報(bào)告發(fā)生率為4.22例/10萬(wàn)劑,以過(guò)敏性皮疹為主;接種疫苗后24h內(nèi)出現(xiàn)反應(yīng)3 671例,占85.83%(3 671/4 277);99.93%病例治愈或好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論南京市AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行情況良好,AEFI主要發(fā)生于2歲兒童接種疫苗后24h內(nèi),為AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occurrence characteristics of suspected abnormal vaccination response (AFEI) from 2013 to 2016 in Nanjing, and to evaluate the operation of the abnormal reaction monitoring system and the safety of vaccination. Methods AEFI information management system was used. Data of AEFI cases reported from 2013 to 2016 in Nanjing were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 4 277 cases of AEFI were reported in Nanjing from 2013 to 2016, with a reported coverage rate of 100 cases and a reported incidence rate of 40.93 cases / 100000 doses of AEFI. The female ratio of 1.36: 1 / 2 years old accounted for 3 542 cases of type I vaccine AEFI reported in Jiangning District, Pukou District, Qinhuai District, Liuhe District and Gulou District, respectively, in the area of 74.402 / 3 182 / 4 / 4 277).AEFI reported by Jiangning District, Pukou District, Qinhuai District, Liuhe District and Gulou District. The reported incidence rate was 50.32 cases / 100000 doses of class II vaccine AEFI, accounting for 17.18% 735% 4277%, the reported incidence rate was 21.55 cases / 100000 dose. General reaction 3 809 cases, 89.06% 3 809% 4 277%, the reported incidence rate was 36.45 cases / 100000 dose. There were 441 cases of abnormal reaction, accounting for 10.31% of 441R / 4277g, the reported incidence rate was 4.22 cases / 100000 dose, mainly allergic rash, and 3 671 cases of reaction occurred within 24 hours after vaccination. 99.93% of the cases were cured or improved. Conclusion the AEFI monitoring system in Nanjing is mainly occurred within 24 hours after inoculation of 2 year old children, which is the key point of AEFI monitoring.
