噪聲作業(yè)所致工人職業(yè)性聽力損失風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回顧性隊(duì)列研究

【摘要】:目的探討噪聲接觸時(shí)間和噪聲強(qiáng)度對噪聲作業(yè)工人聽力損失的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度。方法采用回顧性隊(duì)列研究分析廣東省中山市1 411名噪聲作業(yè)工人連續(xù)3年純音氣導(dǎo)聽閾和噪聲監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 1 411名中山市噪聲作業(yè)工人2012—2014年雙耳高頻聽閾存在時(shí)間主效應(yīng)和噪聲強(qiáng)度主效應(yīng)(P0.05)。噪聲作業(yè)工人2012、2013、2014年的雙耳高頻聽閾分別為(30.88±7.21)、(30.57±6.91)、(30.37±7.21)d BHL,2013年與2012年相比,噪聲作業(yè)工人雙耳高頻聽閾升高(P0.05),2014年與2013年相比,雙耳高頻聽閾無差異(P0.05);不同噪聲強(qiáng)度雙耳高頻聽閾不同(P0.05),≥88 d B(A)噪聲強(qiáng)度的工人雙耳高頻聽閾最高,2012—2014年分別為(32.83±9.45)、(32.20±9.11)、(32.22±9.52)(d BHL)。結(jié)論噪聲接觸時(shí)間和噪聲強(qiáng)度與噪聲接觸工人雙耳高頻聽閾損失存在劑量-反應(yīng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk of noise exposure time and noise intensity on hearing loss in noise exposed workers. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the hearing threshold of 1,411 noise workers exposed to noise for 3 consecutive years in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. Results there were significant temporal effects and noise intensity effects in 2012-2014 among 1 411 noise exposed workers in Zhongshan City (P < 0. 05).
