【摘要】：目的調(diào)查某民航機(jī)場食品廠面粉庫有無熱帶無爪螨孳生,觀察熱帶無爪螨的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)特征。方法采集該機(jī)場食品廠面粉庫的面粉樣本,用直接鏡檢法分離其中孳生的熱帶無爪螨,并制作玻片標(biāo)本,于光學(xué)顯微鏡下觀察鑒定。結(jié)果于采集的面粉樣本中發(fā)現(xiàn)了熱帶無爪螨雌成螨,鏡下可見該螨近似球形,無背板,足無爪。表皮內(nèi)突Ⅰ發(fā)達(dá),于中線處相連。生殖孔位于足Ⅲ~Ⅳ水平,被一對(duì)斜生的生殖褶覆蓋。足Ⅲ、Ⅳ無感棒。交配囊呈長而稍彎并逐漸變細(xì)的管狀結(jié)構(gòu),伸出螨體末端。結(jié)論某民航食品廠面粉庫廠中發(fā)現(xiàn)了熱帶無爪螨,該螨主要鑒別特征為無背板,足無櫛齒狀亞跗鱗片和爪;足Ⅰ膝節(jié)僅有1根感棒,且足Ⅲ、Ⅳ無感棒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the presence of tropical acaroid mites in the flour bank of a food factory at a civil aviation airport and observe the morphological and structural characteristics of the mites. Methods the flour samples from the flour bank of the food factory of the airport were collected. A direct microscopic method was used to isolate the tropical acaroid mites, and a glass specimen was made for identification under optical microscope. Results the female adult mites were found in the flour samples collected, and the mites were found to be nearly spherical and without backplate under the microscope. Feet without claws.
