【摘要】：目的報(bào)道1例在中國(guó)大連感染結(jié)膜吸吮線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)的7個(gè)月大嬰兒病例,并對(duì)中國(guó)人體結(jié)膜吸吮線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)病的流行狀況作以分析。方法查閱1917—2016年文獻(xiàn),統(tǒng)計(jì)已報(bào)告的感染病例數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果中國(guó)是世界上報(bào)道人體結(jié)膜吸吮線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)感染病例最多的國(guó)家,自1917年至2016年,中國(guó)已報(bào)告的感染病例數(shù)達(dá)626例,廣泛分布于全國(guó)28個(gè)省市,我們分析了超過(guò)400例具有較詳細(xì)臨床數(shù)據(jù)的中國(guó)結(jié)膜吸吮線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)病病例�；颊吣挲g最小2個(gè)月,最大至88歲。男性和女性患者所占比例分別為60.22%和39.78%。對(duì)患者的職業(yè)狀況進(jìn)行分析顯示,學(xué)齡前兒童占55.38%;農(nóng)民占32.27%;工人占4.78%;其余占7.57%。結(jié)論作為一種重要的人獸共患寄生蟲(chóng),加強(qiáng)對(duì)結(jié)膜吸吮線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)生物學(xué)及流行病學(xué)等方面的研究,對(duì)防止其傳播和流行具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to report a 7-month-old infant case of conjunctival sucking nematode infection in Dalian, China, and to analyze the prevalence of human conjunctival sucking nematode in China. Results China has the highest number of reported cases of human conjunctival sucking nematode infection in the world. From 1917 to 2016, 626 cases of infection have been reported in China. We analyzed more than 400 cases of Chinese conjunctival sucking nematode with more detailed clinical data. The proportion of male and female patients was 60.22% and 39.78% respectively. An analysis of the occupational status of the patients showed that the proportion of preschool children was 55.38; that of farmers was 32.27; that of workers was 4.78; and that of the rest was 7.57.Conclusion as an important zoonotic parasite, It is important to strengthen the study on biology and epidemiology of sucking conjunctival nematode.
