【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)移動(dòng)應(yīng)用程序(APP)對(duì)常住兒童預(yù)防接種健康教育干預(yù)的效果。方法采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣法分別選取200名常住兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,分別采取移動(dòng)APP和傳統(tǒng)方式對(duì)其進(jìn)行預(yù)防接種健康教育,比較兩組預(yù)防知識(shí)知曉度、國(guó)家免疫規(guī)劃(NIP)疫苗接種率和接種及時(shí)率。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組干預(yù)后預(yù)防接種知識(shí)得分比干預(yù)前分別平均提高20.15±6.28分和14.83±5.38分(t=-9.11,P=0.000)。兩組監(jiān)護(hù)人的兒童14劑次NIP疫苗接種率均無(wú)顯著性差異,但實(shí)驗(yàn)組5劑次NIP疫苗的接種及時(shí)率均顯著高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論移動(dòng)APP健康教育干預(yù)可提高常住兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人預(yù)防接種知識(shí)知曉度和兒童NIP疫苗的及時(shí)接種率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the mobile application (APP) for vaccination against the effects of the health education intervention of resident children. Methods using stratified random sampling to the guardian 200 resident children were selected as experimental group and control group, preventive inoculation on the health education were taken to the mobile APP and the traditional way, compared with two groups of prevention knowledge awareness, state immunization (NIP) vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate. The results of the experimental group and the control group after the intervention of vaccination knowledge score after intervention were an average of 20.15 + 6.28 and 14.83 + 5.38 (t=-9.11 P= 0). Two groups of guardians of children 14 doses of NIP vaccine inoculation rate showed no significant difference however, the experimental group and 5 doses of NIP vaccine immunization rate were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion health education intervention can improve the APP mobile resident children Guardian prevention degree and NIP vaccine vaccination knowledge awareness in children The rate of timely inoculation.
