【摘要】：目的利用世界衛(wèi)生組織(World Health Organization,WHO)研發(fā)的有效疫苗管理(Effective Vaccine Management,EVM)方法對中國4個試點省(自治區(qū)、直轄市,下同)的疫苗管理現(xiàn)狀進行評估。方法利用EVM格式化問卷,對4個省的4個級別共38個單位的疫苗運輸及接收(E1)、溫度監(jiān)控(E2)、儲存能力(E3)、建筑設備和運輸(E4)、運轉維護(E5)、儲存管理(E6)、疫苗分發(fā)(E7)、人員技能(E8)、信息系統(tǒng)及相關支持性系統(tǒng)管理(E9)9項指標進行評分和分析,每項得分80%以上為合格。結果所有被評估單位9項指標總平均分分別為E390%,E1、E2、E4、E5、E6、E9在80~89%之間,E7、E880%。4個省在7項指標的得分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,其中西部省得分(75%)低于所有單位的總分(83%)。4個級別單位在6項指標的得分差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義,其中市級疾病預防控制中心(CDC)(82%)、縣級CDC(81%)得分均低于所有單位總分(83%)。結論試點省份疫苗管理水平已基本達到WHO要求。但仍需加強對西部省份和縣級CDC疫苗管理的技術指導。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the current situation of vaccine management in four pilot provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities, and the same) in China by using the effective Vaccine management method developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). Methods EVM formatted questionnaire was used to evaluate the current status of vaccine management in four pilot provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, the same as below). Transportation and reception of vaccines for 4 levels in 4 provinces with 38 units of E1, temperature monitoring, E2, storage capacity, construction equipment and transport, E5, E6, E7, E8, information systems and related support. The 9 indexes of sexual system management were evaluated and analyzed. Results the total average score of 9 indexes in all the units evaluated was E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E4E5E5E6E9, 880.4 provinces, E7E880.4, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E390, E5, E5, E6, E9, respectively. The score of the western province is 75%) lower than the total score of all the units (833%). The scores of the four grade units have statistical significance in the six indexes. Among them, city-level disease prevention and control center had lower score than total score of all units and 830.Conclusion the level of vaccine management in experimental provinces has basically met the requirements of WHO, but technical guidance for CDC vaccine management in western provinces and county-level areas is still needed.
