【摘要】：目的了解重慶市農(nóng)村留守老人飲食行為特征及影響因素。方法采用自行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,對農(nóng)村老人進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果重慶農(nóng)村留守老人和非留守老人飲食行為總評情況無明顯差異(P=0.112);留守老人與非留守老人每日餐次(P=0.044)、就餐時(shí)間(P=0.011)、膳食制作(P=0.000)、食用油使用(P=0.001)、飲水量(P=0.005)、飲酒(P=0.047)之間差異顯著。年齡、性別和民族是農(nóng)村留守老人和非留守老人飲食行為的共同影響因素(P0.05);居住地和婚姻狀況僅對農(nóng)村留守老人飲食行為帶來影響(P0.05)。結(jié)論農(nóng)村留守老人飲食文化受傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣及民族風(fēng)俗影響,對老年健康知識(shí)知之甚少,缺乏健康飲食的意識(shí)。每個(gè)公民和社會(huì)都應(yīng)擔(dān)負(fù)起關(guān)愛留守老人的責(zé)任,改善留守老人的生活現(xiàn)狀,引導(dǎo)他們選擇合理的飲食,促進(jìn)身體的健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the dietary behavior characteristics and influencing factors of the rural left-behind elderly in Chongqing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the rural elderly on the spot. Results there was no significant difference in dietary behavior between the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly people in the rural areas of Chongqing, and there was no significant difference in dietary behavior between the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly people, the daily meal time of the left-behind elderly and the non-left-behind elderly was 0.044, the meal time was 0.011, the food production was P0.000, the edible oil was used with P0.001, and the water consumption was P0.005. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Sex and nationality are the common influencing factors of the diet behavior of the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly in rural areas, and the living place and marital status only affect the dietary behavior of the left-behind elderly in rural areas. Conclusion the dietary culture of the rural left-behind elderly is traditional. The influence of customs and customs, Every citizen and society should shoulder the responsibility of caring for the elderly, improve their living conditions, guide them to choose a reasonable diet and promote their health.
